Nice hotel and clean.. Initially booking paragon hotel, check out in 4 hours due to teribble hotel .. and re book riz hotel ,good service

It was a very poorly managed hotel.. there is a tv but it doesn’t work.. the bed was noisy as I tossed n turned at night.. mattress was horrible , had body aches when I woke the next day. Never going again to this hotel..

Room is noisy, can hear guest voices in other rooms and road noise. Only 1 power point for charging.

Room is dusted, I can't stop sneezing.. The price is higher for that non spacious room. But it's a nice location around,easy access to other locations. The swimming pool is high with chlorine smell.

The room is clean but old. The daily necessities are standard for a three-star hotel in Malaysia. It is very strange that the entrance of this hotel is not the main entrance facing the street. To enter and exit, you have to transfer to a lift to go to another building, which is very inconvenient.

Services is good...hotel very nice and suitable to stay for famili ....

Very poor sound proof. Paid Rm300++ for a below RM100 budget hotel room. Cannot sleep at night for any motorcycles and car passed by. Even random ppl walk on street also can hear their talking. My baby and I keep waking up due to that. Can’t imagine this is RM300++ room we paid. Worst experience ever will never stay here again

Near town and nearby have one famous Nasi ***** Walking distance only around 5 minute

Not satisfied , the room is worst & bad experience ..the mattress can feel the spring & noisy ..pls do something & dont just do the business only for profit

The location is very good. However, The building and facility is very old

older hotel but well kept. located on a quieter side of Ipoh. walking distance to most tourist spots and eating places. wifi strength needs to be improved.
