When I arrived pretty late in the night at the hotel the receptionist told me that there had been a power outage at the hotel and that they therefore would like to move the guests elsewhere. I repeatedely told her I don’t mind having no power for a while, it was late in the night and I just finally wanted to sleep. However, they insisted and told me that apartments associated with the hotel are located just 2 streets away. So they drove me there in the middle of the night and dropped me off. Well, what can I say, I was in for a surprise. Never before had I seen such a filthy and disgusting apartment anywhere. It was unfortunately like something out of a horror movie. There were long hairs absolutely everywhere, including in the bed. Other things that could be found in the bed included used tissues and a rubberband. The bathroom was an absolute joke with a huge hole in the wall above the door, a large bloodstain on the doors and rust just about everywhere. The rest of the apartment was just as filthy. I slept with all my clothes on on the bed and left very early in the morning. Having no power for an hour or two is not a big deal for me and happens in a lot of places. But insisting that customers stay at such a filthy and disgusting alternative for the same price is absolutely unacceptable and a rip-off.

Propietarios del hotel Sam Suite muy amigables ,personal de servicio disponible para cualquier solicitud.Un ambiente familiar que acompaña los huéspedes desde el primer día hasta el último.Garantia de higiene,limpieza diaria, desayuno en la habitación bajo peticiòn. Excelente solución para quienes,como nosotros, dedican las mañanas de vacaciones a un agradable descanso. Claro qué volveríamos.Agradecemos a la dueña y su esposo por la amabilidad con la cuál nos recibieron. Ahora hablemos de lo negativo:a pesar de la excelente ubicaciòn del hotel, ya. que se encuentra a 600 metros del centro: plaza Taxim, avenida Istiklal y la estación de autobuses,el problema es que la carretera para llegar es una subida con una pendiente muy empinada.Necesitan buenas piernas, corazón y pulmones sanos y estar en óptima forma fisica. No es broma.!......Segundo: la Vista......mejor mantener las ventanas cerradas,no hay nada que admirar. Recomendamos este hotel a gente joven y vigorosa que ama los lugares típicos de Medio Oriente ,donde dos culturas se encuentran mezclando,colores y fragancias ,obras de arte majestuosas y residuos de lejanas glorias.
