Very bad experience. The room type we booked was completely different from the room type he gave us after we checked in. We checked in late the night before, and after reporting it to the front desk, the staff said that we could change it the next day; when we went to the front desk again the next morning, the front desk staff actually said: "1. You only stay in Istanbul for one day, so what's wrong with different rooms? Will it cause you any trouble? 2. Our rooms are on different floors, some are big and some are small, but they are all the ones you booked, but the one you got on the sunny side of the second floor is small." Finally, after arguing, they changed it to another one. Before checking out the next day, the day shift staff told my friend that I was very emotional and difficult to communicate... The staff made a lot of excuses, and asked consumers to bear the consequences if they were not satisfied with their plans. If consumers are not satisfied with their plans, they will say that consumers are difficult to talk to. I have never seen such a thing.

The good:Great location right around the corner of all major attractions. Nicely renovated building. Most staff are friendly. The bad: 2 nights in a row, airconditioning was out for the entire hotel. Manager didn’t want to refund remaining nights when we informed we switch hotels. Threatened us throughout the discussion multiple times. Breakfast is just not up to standard for that price. Rooms are a bit noisy.

Le POSITIF : La localisation. A moins de 2 minutes du Palais Topkapi et Sainte-Sophie. A 5 minutes de la mosquée bleu. A moins de 5 minutes des restaurants, supérette, ... Le personnel de l'accueil. Beaucoup d'hôtel dans ce quartier, donc il y a le choix. LE NEGATIF : Le petit-déjeuner. Sur 6 nuits : 2 pdj sans beurre. la jeune fille qui s'occupe du petit-déjeuner est une honte. Arrivée à 9h55, je lui demande des couverts (Couteaux, fourchettes), sa réponse : Le petit-déjeuner ferme à 10h, je ne vous donnerais pas de couverts. 20 minutes après pas de couverts. Et finalement nous voyons une personne qui va servir seuls les couverts dans un meuble. Nous faisons de même et avons pu manger. Pendant que l'incarnation de l'incompétence de l'hôtellerie prenait son café. Sur 6 nuits, 2 fois la chambre n'a pas été nettoyé. mais nous avons vu à plusieurs reprises la femme de ménage assise dans les escaliers sur son téléphone. Nous étions dans la chambre 1 et les 2 lits simples sont très très petits, pas de fenêtre qui s'ouvre. Le personnel du petit-déjeuner et du ménage ne vous dit même pas "Bonjour". contrairement au personnel de l'accueil qui est agréable. Et si ous voulez de l'eau ou du jus au petit-déjeuner puisque l'on ne vous en propose pas allez vous servir directement dans les frigidaires se trouvant derrière les portes des armoires.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and absolutely loved the strategic location, close to many tourist attractions. The staff was always extremely helpful, kind, and ready to offer the best advice for any request or information. When we return to Istanbul, we will definitely book here again. 10++. excellent guest relations. all of the front desk personnel's are very professional and helpful 10. even they arranged airport pick-up and dropp off as well. only complaint no exhaust system in the bathroom

It has been beautifully restored, its innovations have revitalized the historical place, they have created spacious rooms, service with the sincerity of a boutique hotel. Hagia Sophia, Yerebatan Singer, Cable Car line, based on the walls of Topkapi Palace.. Its location and transportation are easy.

Das Personal war mega nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel an sich war sehr sauber. Das Bad und die Toilette waren besonders sauber!
Für den Preis finde ich dieses Hotel sehr empfehlenswert.
Einzige Nachteil was ich wahrgenommen habe, war der Geräuschpegel. Es fahren relativ viele Autos und Busse durch, welches man hört als gäbe es keine Fenster. Genauso hört man alles was außerhalb der Tür geschieht.
Außerhalb dessen verdient dieses Hotel alle vollen Sterne von mir. Bei meiner nächsten Anreise werde ich dieses Hotel definitiv wieder buchen.
