Never slept in such a depressing place, rust everywhere in the shower and the continuous noise of the cars on the highway. Embarrassing

The location is very close to the Metrobus and my room was very clean. I was very satisfied.

This was my 4th visit in 5 months. All the other times was really good but this time I was on the basement level and the noise in the passage was horrible. But in general it was okay.

There is no Breakfast in residence actually not hotel and too much noisy

The room was totally clean and this hotel is located in near metro bus station.

The hygiene is very poor, the lights are dim, and it's very noisy at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night.

Instead of paying to stay here, you'd have more amenities and cleaner living if you slept on a bench in Beşiktaş.

We booked an economy room, but the room was so small I couldn't get through with my bag.

The hotel is good, clean, and beautiful. The location is excellent, right next to the metro bus station. I think the hotel experience will be lovely and pleasant.

When I checked into the hotel, I expected a much higher-quality place due to its location. Thankfully, I managed to get to my room without crashing down in the constantly shaking elevator. The first thing I saw when I opened the door was a very small and cramped room. Despite requesting a quiet room away from the elevator, they gave me a room right next to it. The sound insulation was terrible; I could hear the springs of my roommate's bed when he turned over. They gave me a room at the back, so dark that I felt like I was sharing the same fate as those in the Diyarbakır prisons; even the light couldn't illuminate it at all. They are so stingy that the air conditioner automatically turns off after 15 minutes. Also, the room smelled strongly of dampness. The only positive thing was the cleanliness; otherwise, it doesn't even get a 1 out of 10. I don't recommend going there; it's a bit more expensive, but at least the quality of the air you breathe won't be compromised. This is a message to those concerned.

The location was great, the service was excellent, the only issue was the room cleaning, but considering the price-performance ratio, it was very good.

I think the hotel is busy. I waited until almost 4pm for the room to be cleaned. I had booked an economical single-person room from the application, but it did not say that it would be on the -1 basement floor. When the room given at the hotel was at -1, I stated that I could not stay because it was stuffy and very stuffy, and I was moved to a room on the upper floor for an additional fee. The staff at the reception were friendly and we had a nice conversation. But I didn't like the cleanliness of the room at all, unfortunately it was very dirty. And there was no sound throughout the night.
