The room was big enough but the furniture was poor. Noise came in through a window! Only cold water in the sink, only hot water in the shower; (breakfast was delicious though) Wouldn't recommend the hotel.

My stay at Rotta Hotel in Istanbul was an absolute disaster. From the moment I stepped in, it was clear that this hotel does not care about its guests. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed annoyed anytime I asked for assistance. It felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. My friend had confirmed 3 rooms for the group however they had only prepared one of them and were adamant that the changes were not made. We had made the changes through ******* who confirmed all was set for our arrival. We arrived in the morning however the situation was not solved until late evening. This is meant to be a 5 star hotel however we were not even offered drinks for the 7 hours we waited at the hotel reception. Breakfast was another horror story. The food was cold, tasteless, and looked like it had been sitting out for days. We were on one of the top floors and the lifts were always broken - other guests were stuck for hours in the lifts. The location is also 40 mins away from city centre and the price of this hotel matches the hotels far closer. Please do not stay here and research further on better hotels in the city centre - the staff make the experience a lot worse and they pretend to care. They refuse to speak in English even though all staff at this hotel speak English. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Rotta Hotel at all costs. There are plenty of other options in Istanbul that won’t ruin your trip like this one did. Terrible stay!

Verry bad
The hotel was so bad, restaurant had only 2 Main courses on the menu. The food tasted verry bad - the food was either not properly cooked or burnt. The Staff was rude, the hotelroom was so nasty and dirty. i do not reccomend this hotel at all!

Otele ilk giriş yaptığımızda loby deki arkadaş suit oda tutmama rağmen bana normal oda vermekte ısrar etti ve normal odayla suit oda fiyatı istedi büldiğiniz suit odayı ödemesini yapmama rağmen zorla alabildim odaya ilk girdiğimde banyo kirliydi oda temizlenmemiş tuvalet zaten rezalet bu oteli tutmadan önce çevresindeki başka otelleri tutun daha iyi sizin için

Beau locaux mais personnel inadapté à un 5 étoiles
Très beaux locaux, fonctionnels et chambre agréable.
Piscine au top, service de massage et salle de sport au top. Personnel qui ne prend pas en compte les demandes des clients, attente très longue a la réception (occupés à regarder leur téléphone ..) pour ma part je suis rentré un soir a 20h ma chambre n’était pas nettoyé j’ai donc demandé à la réception des draps propres au moins, ils m’ont répondu qu’ils allaient le faire j’ai attendu 1h je suis retourné les voir ils m’ont dit qu’ils arrivaient de suite 1h après toujours pas fais pour finalement me dire que ça serait fais le lendemain. J’ai également demandé s’ils pouvaient me commander un taxi pour aller à l’aéroport ils m’ont dit aucun soucis et le lendemain a 6h aucun taxi n’avait été réservé j’ai dû me débrouiller seule pour trouver un taxi à cette heure là. La majeure partie du personnel ne parle pas anglais mais uniquement Turque donc difficile de communiquer. La navette pour aéroport est payante contrairement à ce qui est mentionné sur le site.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel, car park not fit for purpose, damaged the underside of my car going in and out it.
No one to help with the bags when checking in, had to do it myself, the receptionist couldn’t care less, WiFi not working most of the time, constant power cuts in the room. Breakfast selection was rubbish, no chocolate Nutella for the kids, kept blaming suppliers, how hard can it be just to go to your local market and pick one up instead of saying no to your customers,
