Fotoğraflardakiyle alakası bile yok duş başlığı takmışlar adı duş başlığı her tarafından su akıtıyor du temizlik konusunda hiç titiz değiller yatağın altı olduğu gibi çöpler doluydu duşta şampuan diye bişey koymuşlar sabun gibi oda onun dışında hiç bişey yok berbattı kısacası verdiğim paraya yazık

Stayed at Melisa Hotel and loved it! Perfect location near the Istanbul Fair Center and metrobus. Spacious 1+1 rooms with a kitchen, washing machine, and more. Ideal for families or business trips. Clean, comfortable, and great value for money. Highly recommend!

Contacted the hotel a few days before our arrival to confirm our reservation. We were told that no reservation had been made in our name. However, we had WhatsApp proof. Either a new reservation was made in our name asking us for a supplement that we of course did not accept. Arrived at the hotel, big disappointment, it was not the residence that we had reserved. Open kitchen living room with only one bedroom. However, we had reserved one to two bedrooms. Atrocious smell, poorly maintained residence, dirty bed sheets and bath towels. Residence not cleaned. Unfriendly staff. Nothing to do with the video and photos received when booking. Avoid!!!!
