Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour notre première fois à Istanbul. Que dire hormis que c'était mensonger et un réel désastre ? Une chambre dont la salle de bain était ridicule et un balcon donnant sur une vue de bâtiments délabrés. Mais attention soi-disant "Chambre DELUXE". Il en était rien du tout. Le personnel ne voulait rien savoir. Vue sur la mer comme dit sur Booking ? Eh non, ça n'existe pas. C'est bien la dernière fois sans parler du service ménage POURRI, une chambre sale et un petit-déjeuner DEGUEU.

Hôtel A FUIR . Je met 1 étoile par obligation . Sinon je n’en aurai même pas mis 1. Hôtel plus que bruyant . Déjà dès notre arrivé on nous a donner 1 chambre et ils nous ont dit que le lendemain nous changerons de chambre pour une avec balcon , nous étions très content . Mais cela cacher forcément quelques choses. Première nuit horrible ! Nous avons pas dormi de la nuit hôtel super bruyant et je ne parle même pas de la propriété de la chambre horrible !🤢 le lendemain nous allons à la réception pour leur faire part de notre nuit et de la saleté de la chambre . Le réceptionniste sen fou . Juste il nous dit qu’on changera de chambre dans l’après midi. Deuxième chambre un peu mieux mais toujours aussi sale . Les rideaux et les draps ne sont même pas adapter au fenêtre ni au lit . Le petit déjeuner est plus que limite ! Le personnel n’est pas du tout agréable .Je ne recommande surtout pas cet hôtel

Abbiamo avuto una spiacevole esperienza,perché abbiamo assistito in reception ad una discussione tra colleghi,menandosi davanti a noi un uomo ed una donna.Un altro problema è stata la troppa polvere nelle camere,poca pulizia.Colazione internazionale.

Hôtel très bien placé et très propre. Restaurant au 5ème étage avec une vue sur la mosquée bleue. Très bon accueil, personnel agréable. Idéalement situé. Très calme. Je recommande cet hôtel et j’y retournerai si je dois séjourner à Istanbul. Tout était impeccable.

из плюсов: удобное расположение отеля относительно исторического центра, приветливый и отзывчивый персонал в рестране и на ресепшн, вкусные завтраки. из минусов: не хватало дополнительных полок в ванной, зеркала в комнате и небольшого столика. Все потребности и запросы выполнялись сотрудниками оперативно. Отель нам очень понравился, персонал замечательный, уютно и душевно как дома :)

We are in the historic center of Istanbul, the hotel looks like a well-kept and renovated white building. It is also possible to leave the car parked in the side street for a fee. The staff is helpful and the room they gave us was actually too small for three people, plus the cot they put in had a too soft mattress. International breakfast well stocked and served on the top floor on the truly fantastic panoramic terrace.

I deeply recommend the Costera Hotel if you plan to visit Istanbul. The staff was extraordinary friendly and helpful, open to questions and ensured to find solutions for issues we encountered. The hotel room was very clean, breakfast was delicious and served with a view. The location is close to markets. Definitely worth a second stay!
