The best and most comfortable hotel chain in the US trip is sleep inn. The bed and quilt are quite comfortable, the breakfast is really rich, the quality of the passengers is high, clean and hygienic, here is a bit biased to find a little.

Great deal on a very good hotel.

First off the property is rather run down and I was suspicious when they required a separate $100 deposit for the room. When we entered our room it smelled of septic but it was last room available. Went out for breakfast next morn. and upon return the bathroom floor drain and toilet had flooded up septic water. We had one more day stay and we asked to be moved to another room. This was 11:30 in the morning and they did not have a room cleaned so we did not have a bathroom and they have no public bathrooms on their property and we were left to wait for them to get a room clean. The front desk told me that he didn't want to say anything to the cleaning people to hurry because they would get upset. After an hour we had them refund our money and went to a different hotel. Later that afternoon I discovered I had left a very expensive high output USB phone charger in the room. Amari at the front desk told me that she cannot leave the front desk and there was no one else on the property that could go open the room and get my charger. She told me I'd have to return the next day after 9:00 in the morning when the manager was there. My flight was leaving at 7:00 in the morning so I was out my $40 replacement cost.

I work in customer service. This is the #1 product we talk about with our clients, I cannot remember the last time I received this level of service, from check in, to helping us with our luggage, to the server bringing us refreshments, to the general manager coming out to meet our dogs. My husband and I decided to take a couple of days to relax since he had just gotten out of the hospital so I booked us a room at this hotel. Bad idea! The room had mold all in it. It was on the ceiling and on the couch in the room. The shower walls and behind every table in the room as well. Which wasn't a welcoming sight since my husband was in the hospital with respiratory issues. That next morning when we went for breakfast the sausage was under cooked and cold as were the eggs. Then we were really disappointed to see waffle stuff but got told that there would be no waffles that day. Disappointed enough that we didn't even go to breakfast the next morning. Also the pool was closed. We were told that was because they had to get someone from the state to come inspect it. Needless to say the whole stay was very disappointing. I would not recommend anyone staying at this location until they get it cleaned up more

This Ramada is a great hotel to stay at if visiting Jacksonville, FL. Also, we stay there because of the easy stop going on down south in FL. Great hot breakfast buffet. Rooms are very clean with plenty of room. We have enjoyed our many stays here.

There is parking lot The hotel environment is good. The steak inside the hotel is very good and worth recommending. American hotels are basically very old, don't have too much expectation.
