Terrible!!!!
Llegamos y la recepción a las 3:30pm estaba cerrada. No había absolutamente nadie.” Pegando gritos” salió un jardinero. Hizo una llamada y como 30 min después nos dio la llave de la habitación y se fue.
En la tarde nos dimos cuenta que no había gas para cocinar, y sorpresa, NADIE nos contestó llamadas ni WhatsApp (1 hora llamando y escribiendo desde las 6pm hasta las 7pm) y NADIE contestó.
No habían más huéspedes solo nosotros y NADIE que nos atendiera.
No había gas, algunos tomas no servían, la piscina no funcionó desde que llegamos y menos en la noche, todo oscuro y sin luz.
Simplemente nos dieron una llave para estar ahí sin poder disfrutar de lo que ofrecían.
A esta fecha nadie se ha comunicado conmigo, nadie se ha disculpado y nadie me atendió.

This place is very tidy and safe and is right smack in the middle of Jaco. The gates and security is excellent so you don't have to worry about your car or stuff. 2 minute walk to beach and no noise at night. The stores and restaurants are about a 30 second walk. The grounds are very well kept and have beautiful Flora. Staff is very nice and are always there to help. The pool is really nice. It's not over fancy and super luxurious but it won't disappoint. I think it's a hidden gem in Jaco. Will stay there again if I ever go back.

Good stay
The place is right in the middle of downtown jaco with restaurants, bars, and everything you need within a short walk. No car needed! Great pool! Great gardens! You will see lizards! They don’t speak a lot of English but the staff is friendly. You may have to tell the housekeepers to clean your room or get towels. It’s on a dirt road off the main drag so make sure to bring sneakers. If you go to the beach in downtown Jaco make sure to wear swim shoes because the beach has a lot of rocks. Surprisingly quiet at night!

Muy buena ubicación
La habitación es muy bonita, cómoda y moderna, cuánta con cocineta, tiene una terraza pequeña muy linda, está a unos metros de la playa, la ubicación es excelente tanto para ir a la playa como para salir a la avenida principal a los restaurantes y tiendas. Sólo le falta un poquito de mantenimiento al baño. El servicio muy bueno, son muy amables. La playa está muy linda.

Gorgeous
My friends and I had a great stay at Tropical Gardens. This is my 2nd stay here, and the rooms are very comfortable, and they even have a full kitchenette so you can make your own food if you want. The courtyard and pool are gorgeous, and the birds seem to really enjoy visiting. Also, we saw one of the big iguanas that wandered through the yard
