Pullman Properties in Jakarta

Awesome experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, the food was delicious, and the restaurant had such a relaxing vibe. The room was clean with a nice view, and the service was fast and efficient. Housekeeping was also fast and friendly. It has definitely become my favourite hotel in Jakarta! Unfortunately, card payment was not available for room service, which was a bit inconvenient

When i was at the reception i requested for a non-smoking room. But was given a smoking floor and told me that they had already clean up the room and won't have any smoke smell. But the moment i enter the room, it is stench with the smoke smell and i had to go through all the trouble to request for a non-smoking floor. Overall was good except that i had to argue for a non-smoking floor when i just landed and reached the hotel.
