HHiva Journey “A Journey Beyond Destination”I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. The staff made me feel very welcomed and were always ready to assist with a smile.
The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. All facilities were well maintained, including the gym, swimming pool, and public areas.
Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh and delicious food. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the high standard of hospitality throughout my stay.
Thank you to the entire team for providing such an exceptional experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers, and I definitely look forward to staying here again in the future.

JjetlaggerFantastic stay at Pan Pacific Jakarta, such a beautiful hotel with lovely service all round. Special shout out to Eldria and the rest of the charismatic Pacific Club lounge team who made our stay both very welcoming and comfortable for our special occasion. The suite room is spacious, beautifully furnished, quiet and simply stunning views from the 88th floor. The tea, cake and decorative offerings for our anniversary were both delicious and delightfully presented. Pool on 71st floor is a welcome respite for refreshment with comfortable lounges. Breakfast is an absolute delight of fresh western and Indonesian treats for a great start to the day. The Pacific Club lounge is super spacious, fantastic Jakarta views, delectable food and drink offerings, comfortable seating complemented by some of the best genuine and warm hospitality I have experienced in thousands of hotel stays. Keep up the great work Pan Pacific!

DDaniel Lee SB2night stay at Discovery SCDB to attend a conference in Jakarta.
Booked a twin share room and this was the most unique and well designed twin-share room I have ever stayed in! 2 beds but with a separator and individual amenities for each person! 2 of almost everything including desk, TV, wardrobe & even separate wash basins! Room was clean. Wifi was stable and fairly fast.
Morning breakfast was booked inclusive and is a free-flow ala-carte breakfast ordered from their menu. Food was tasty and the restaurant ambience and service was excellent.
Check-in was very straightforward and staff was friendly, helpful and most importantly, spoke good English.
Location was excellent right in the middle of the CBD next to a huge shopping mall Pacific Place.
Overall an excellent stay. Will definitely return when next there. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent, especially for business purposes. It is situated in the Kuningan area, which is convenient for meetings, offices, and nearby shopping malls and restaurants. This made it a practical choice for a business trip.
According to their feedback, the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. As a serviced residence, the facilities were well-equipped and suitable for both short and slightly longer stays. The environment was also quiet, allowing them to rest well after a full day of work.
The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were professional and helpful throughout their stay. Communication was efficient, which made the overall arrangement much easier on my end as well.
Overall, Ascott Kuningan Jakarta is a reliable and convenient option for business travelers. Based on this experience, I would consider booking this property again for future business trips.

MMike MCYSI had a very enjoyable stay at Ascott Jakarta. The room was exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a day of exploring the city. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
One area for improvement would be the breakfast selection, as a wider variety of options would enhance the overall experience. Nevertheless, the quality of the stay, the large room size, and the comfort provided more than made up for this. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would gladly return on my next visit to Jakarta.

GGuest UserThis was our first hotel in Jakarta with the kids, and overall, it was pretty good. While it might not quite measure up to the Shangri-La, for the price, I think it offers incredible value for money. The kids' play area was decent too. I even saw a staff member meticulously folding towels, which showed a good attention to detail. The only thing I didn't quite understand was why kids weren't allowed in the executive lounge, but thankfully, they opened up a meeting room for us to dine in instead.

DDr. AdamWe spent 4 nights here at this hotel. The location is great, foods are around the corner as well as a mini market.
The hotel service are reception are excellent. The room is clean and spacious. The room is a little outdated, but still good and didn't spoil our stay.
The gym is good with all the machines you need. The pool is decent size. Our stay at this hotel was very good and we'll certainly stay here again in the near future.

CChristine LokNot that recommended if you looking for a 5 star hotel standards. Staffs are friendly, but the room doesn't looks like the photos it shows. My room's lights are quite dark, and beside the roadside. So even is at 12am still quite noisy from the outside. And the plugs beside the bed both have issue, so I have to inform the team. For the telephone, I couldn't call the team, they said probably technician problem, so come and fixed it. But after checking it said because I didn't press 0 first. I think it would be great if on the phone they can paste an instruction sticker better. The light in the toilet also quite dark, it is hard for a lady to do the makeup since light is not enough and there's no additional small mirror that can zoom in see the details type.
The location is great, you can walk over to plaza indo and grand indo. Staffs are friendly and helpful also. But overall quality needs to improve if looking for 5 stars standards.
