I really want to highlight that this is a pet-friendly hotel. They thoughtfully prepared supplies for my pet, and even gave my dog some treats when we checked out. Wanda Plaza is just a few hundred meters away. The bathroom facilities were in great condition with plenty of hot water. Overall, it's excellent value for money, the service was attentive and thoughtful, making for a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely prioritize choosing this place for future trips.

It is a good deal. Will come again. They are generous about the check out time, which is 2pm. Funny thing is the room key becomes invalid after 12 noon. I had to go to the reception and ask them to reactivate my card when I tried to return to the room to pack up at 1.30pm. Breakfast was good, although simple. I like especially the egg tart. But they put out only 4 from the very beginning, and they were gone soon. When I asked the staff to put out more, they simply told me they were out. However, it was still within the first hour of the breakfast session!

The hotel room was super spacious. The front desk staff, seeing there were three of us, even gave us an extra breakfast voucher. The breakfast selection was really rich, with rice noodle rolls, stewed soup, local specialties, and freshly ground coffee, which was delicious. There are also plenty of recreational facilities at the hotel, making it suitable for families with children. It's also very close to Wanda Plaza and the Jiangmen Museum. However, the soundproofing in the room was a bit poor, but overall, it's still quite good!

Every time I travel, this is my go-to hotel. The front desk staff are warm and thoughtful, and check-in is super quick. The environment is absolutely wonderful, elegant, and comfortable, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The bedding is soft and cozy, and the service is excellent. A special shout-out to the beautiful proprietress! The hotel offers breakfast, coffee, and ice cream, and parking is free. It's conveniently located, offers incredible value for money, and is highly recommended.

Facilities: The smart room features floor-to-ceiling windows with expansive city views, and the chaise lounge is quite comfortable for enjoying the scenery. There are also plenty of USB ports, and the linens are relatively new. Cleanliness: Pretty clean. Environment: Located in Yude, a new district with a good environment. There's a food street right next door with many popular small eateries. It's about a twenty-minute walk from Wuyi Plaza. Service: The attitude is good. Breakfast: The staff's attitude is good. They offer freshly ground coffee, soy milk and fried dough sticks, pastries, stir-fries, and stir-fried noodles. The freshly boiled pig's trotters rice noodles are just as good as those found outside.

However, the lighting design in the room was not very well thought out and did not create a comfortable atmosphere, especially in the evening. In addition, the lack of a sofa in the room was an issue for us, as it limited comfort and seating options during our stay. With some improvements to the lighting and room furnishings, the experience could be significantly better.

This time, I chose the Crowne Plaza Poly for my business trip to Jiangmen, and the overall experience was excellent. The front desk service deserves special praise; it was attentive and efficient throughout, making a fantastic impression. The staff was gentle and patient during check-in, and the process was quick. They proactively informed me about hotel facilities, breakfast times, and parking. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly and professionally, without any perfunctory responses. Dining was pretty standard overall, with a good variety of food items. Nothing particularly amazing, but also no disappointments. The only minor issue was that dirty dishes weren't cleared quickly enough, but that's understandable given the limited number of staff. My room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with soft bedding that made for a very comfortable sleep. However, there were two minor drawbacks. Firstly, the air conditioning wasn't very effective; the room temperature wouldn't drop, making it generally a bit stuffy. Since the windows couldn't be opened for ventilation, air circulation was poor, making the room feel a bit stuffy during the day. On a positive note, the hotel allows food delivery to rooms, which is a very thoughtful touch. When I called the front desk to request food delivery to my room, the staff responded quickly and brought it to my door in no time. Their responsiveness is highly commendable. If the air conditioning could be improved in the future, the experience would be even more perfect. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers visiting Jiangmen. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Jiangmen.

After the great experience we had the day before, we decided to extend our stay for another night. The room was spacious and bright, and the facilities were quite new. Parking was easy with plenty of spots available. It's also conveniently located for visiting nearby attractions. The hotel staff were professional and attentive. Overall, it's a great hotel and definitely worth recommending.

Facilities: This is a newly opened hotel, only opened in March. From my years of business travel experience, I always prefer new hotels over old ones. I've only stayed at this brand in Hunan before and was very impressed. The decor style is classical with an artistic touch, and the brass-colored handles are a color I particularly like, making it feel very upscale. It's also close to the main road, making it convenient to go anywhere. Environment: The front desk and lobby are quite large for a chain hotel of this type, and the design is very chic and tasteful. Room facilities: The room is also very spacious. The toilet and shower are separate, offering a good wet/dry separation. The mattress has just the right firmness, and the bedding is very comfortable. There's also a large balcony.
