The services provided was good. Front desk staff provided very helpful guidance. There were a lot of free meals and buffets and entertainments. Location of the hotel is good because it closes to large mall with many restauarants.

Great hotel. Stay here every time I visit Jiangmen. Reception check in was not great. Found staff to be cold and unfriendly. Check out reception staff on the other hand were acceptable. No teaspoon in the room. Quite surprised. When asked for one, we received cheap plastic stirrer you expect at cheap coffee shops, not a hotel of this nature. Standard has gone down a little. However staff in the Hotel front foyer entrance are very polite and helpful. Reception staff should learn from them. In all a pleasant stay.

What a pleasant stay at this lovely Hotel. Service was excellent and we were well looked after by the staff especially 小霍 who was polite , welcoming and a great representative of the Hotel. I recommend this hotel to all. It is very clean, rooms are of quality and location is perfect. A quiet area from which you can get anywhere in the City comfortably in a taxi. Mcdonalds and various cool coffee shops walking distance of the hotel. 10/10

Chinese hotels always provide way more value relative to other countries, and this one is no exception. Huge, spacious rooms and showers, along with automated everything. Luxurious for the price, and would be for even a higher price point. At night, walking street is not as lively as other ones, but there are still night market food options nearby.
