The hotel was newly opened in December 2023. It has an excellent location and convenient transportation. It is next to the Wanda Economic and Technological Development Zone. Almost half of the rooms in the hotel can see the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. The hotel environment is simple and elegant, the room layout is perfect, and the front desk staff Xiao Li's service is attentive and makes people feel extremely comfortable. The thoughtfulness created a feeling of home for me. Everything is impeccable, no matter how big or small. The hotel's waiters are all polite, warm and thoughtful, and will say hello to guests when they see them. The hotel is fully equipped with gym, self-service laundry room, The conference room was clean and tidy, the stay was very comfortable, and the breakfast was rich. I personally think the price-performance ratio is quite high.

I stayed in a very cost-effective hotel in Jiaxing that I booked temporarily. My only regret was that the business twin room I booked did not have a bathtub. I didn’t use the disposable bath bag and bath salts I brought with me. I discussed with the front desk about changing to a double bed room and said no, the rules were a bit rigid. The breakfast is also good, with a rich variety for a hotel at this price, especially the noodles are delicious. The surrounding environment is also good. There is a trench tower courtyard. It is very good to climb to the top of the tower and look down at the scenery. The hotel is only a five-minute drive from Yuehe Old Street. The location is very convenient.

The transportation is convenient, and the hotel is a few meters away from the bus. It is easy to find. The lady at the front desk has a very good service, and a breakfast is presented. There are many types of breakfast and the restaurant is clean and hygienic. The internet speed in the room is very fast, the TV is 65 inches, the bed is also very comfortable, the room has no odor, the bathroom is also quite big, the room eldest sister is very polite, every time I see it, I say hello and like it

The room is new, spacious and in a good location. On New Year's Eve, we saw fireworks in the distance at the hotel because of the high floor. The only drawback is that there are no bed guardrails for children. Our group booked 4 rooms, one of which was upgraded to a suite. An unexpected surprise. There were also a lot of people at breakfast. There was no queue on the first day, and everyone went in to find seats. It was very chaotic. For breakfast the next day, hotel staff were at the door to maintain order, and you had to wait in line to get a seat before going in to dine. Feel much better.

I always stay at Orange Hotels when I go on business. I have stayed at many Orange hotels and they are all very good! The decoration is novel and can only be controlled. The room is large, clean, and cleaned in a timely manner. Robot food delivery, gym, laundry room, and especially a small refrigerator are provided. The facilities are rich. Especially the breakfast, it is rich, varied and delicious, I like it very much!

Parking is convenient, and the location of the hotel is easy to find. I stayed for one night and slept well. I didn't pay much attention to other facilities in the hotel, so I don't want to comment. The environment is acceptable, the room is very new, there is no peculiar smell. Comes with water and fruit. Will choose Hilton Garden if necessary

The location of the hotel is very suitable for our trip. We were upgraded to a room when we checked in, and we could see the Ferris wheel in Xiuhu Park. Stayed for 8 nights during the Christmas period. Fruits were provided every day. There were also carefully prepared small gifts on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The service was very attentive! The hotel has a parking lot and a large underground garage, making it very convenient to drive by yourself. The hotel's sanitation is also very good, with sufficient heating and hot water, smooth drainage and good sound insulation in the rooms. I will choose here again next time I come to Jiaxing!

Adjacent to the Yuehe Historic District, the inn is rebuilt from an old house, which is consistent with the style of the Yuehe Historic District, forming a scene of its own. Go out from a small gate and cross the bridge to the bar street in the Yuehe historical district. When I checked in, the front desk proactively reminded me that the room I reserved was right next to the bar street, which would be noisy. At my request, the front desk adjusted my room for free . The breakfast in the inn is rich in varieties, especially the rice balls made with rice wine. Tingzi porridge and fish porridge are cooked in a small pot. Pushing the window is Jiangnan, raising eyebrows is Misty Rain, which lives up to its name.

Overall a good experience. I have to point out though that the pool is lukewarm and not fully heated. I would also like to point out that the concierge chose to speak in mandarin to my friend and didn’t include me in the conversation even though the booking I made was on my name and he was able to speak English. I had to guess what was happening the entire time.

Excellent service provided by reception, Tim Zhang and all the outdoor pool staff! The were many delicious western options for breakfast and in-room dining. The outdoor pool was cleaned daily and the city view from that floor was amazing! I'd definitely return. The best hotel in Jiaxing City!
