Hanting Hotels in Jilin City

Great! We stayed in a Business king Room at the Hanting Hotel for three nights. we were able to check in and check out smoothly and done within 5 mins. Staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. Decor is a bit dated but rooms are spacious and well supplied. Shower is pretty efficient. Housekeeping is great and the lady was very helpful and sweet. Consistently good service by staff across the hotel, from the front desk staff to the concierge for baggage storage to restaurant. Over all, a very pleasant 3-day stay.

First off, the elevator didn't require a key card to operate, so the security could definitely be improved. Everything else was great, especially the pillows! As someone who's very picky about pillows, the ones in the room were perfect for sleeping, haha. The front desk staff were all very attentive and thoughtful, and there was even a Jilin City travel guide posted on a pillar at the front desk. The location is also very convenient, close to Henan Street, the morning market, and the riverside, making it easy to walk around and shop. The soundproofing isn't the best though, you can hear conversations in the hallway. When I checked out today, I was in a rush with my coffee. The front desk staff seemed to be asking if I wanted a bottle of water, but I didn't get a chance to answer. Thank you anyway, that was very kind~

Extremely satisfied with the front desk service. The staff were proactive and enthusiastic, helping me choose and view rooms, which also made my guests very happy. The room facilities were complete, warm, clean, and tidy. I stayed for 4 nights in a row and will definitely choose to stay here again next time. Highly recommended.

Room service responded promptly, and the mineral water called was delivered in a few minutes. The breakfast is rich in variety and the hot porridge is fresh. Advantages: The room has no smell and is very clean, the front desk is generous and good communication, the breakfast is rich, and the staff is warm. The location is excellent, and the intercity bus is just across the road. Disadvantages: The road construction downstairs was too noisy. I was awakened at 7 o'clock in the morning and had a headache to eat breakfast. I didn't knock back and wanted to sleep back. I felt that the building was shaking when I lay on the bed. It is estimated that the government project is still being renovated on the weekend. It will not stop in the short term. I quickly left, alas. Some sheets are broken.
