住宿環境一般吧，也許是有團隊，早餐人超級多，排隊排了好久，出遊的時間也不是夏天，室外沒有開。酒莊那邊景色還是很不錯的

衞生真是無語，在被子裏發現一衹蟲子，那蟲子比我都有精神。沒有服務，洗澡洗一半兒停電了。那隔音，早上六點就開始打掃衞生了，也不知道為啥那麼早。温泉倒是挺好的，這幾個星⭐也是看在温泉的面兒上。

屋子有些潮啊，可能是泡了温泉後進屋濕漉漉的原因吧，麻將機真的很臟，能不能洗洗麻將啊，很粘啊。希望老闆採納。

客房還算可以，但衞生間需要徹底清理一下比較好。床上用品更換過，夏季如果空調再給力一點更好了。水上樂園的設施比較陳舊，游泳池裡有垃圾和漂浮物，園林裏餐廳還可以，就是服務員比較死板，都離開店了，還追問是否付款😂，服務流程銜接不好，因為付款要出去門口付款，會有些誤會

為了玩水來的，水世界不錯，有很多的温泉水池，室內可以泡很久，有小孩游泳池，室外也有大孩子的泳池，沙坑。住的話沒有電梯，要自己提行李到樓上，正好趕上裝修，白天能聽到室外裝修的聲音，晚上有音樂聲音，另外酒店附近停車太難了，停車要到山上。

掀開被子好像沒換，給前台打電話也不接，下樓去找，看到三人坐那聊天打電話，屋子椅子上的灰不是一般的厚，門鎖也不好用，室外温泉拆除了，室內温泉有老太太搓泥，水質很差，很臟
