"It feels like the door doesn't close tightly..." What's the reality? If I remember correctly, you stayed in our room 309. There have been people staying in our room for more than half a month recently, and no one reported the air conditioning problem. After seeing your comment, maintenance also went to check the normal heating, and all the bedding beds in our house were checked. The quilts were all newly laid in April, and the quilt thickness is considered very thick for local hotels and B&Bs. If you have any questions after checking in, you can go to the front desk to deal with it... (During your stay, you never contacted the front desk) Hot water problem: Jiuzhaigou does not have natural gas, and every hot water is heated by air energy and electricity. When the weather is cold, you need Drain the cold water from the pipes so that there is hot water. Just leave it for a while.
