Atour Hotels in Kaifeng

The location is fantastic, right across from the beautiful lake. It's also very close to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, just an 800-meter walk away. There are many other hotels along the way, but this one definitely has the best exterior. A big plus is that the breakfast dishes changed every morning during our stay! They offer local specialties like Hu La Tang and chicken noodle soup, and the chicken noodle soup was particularly delicious. This was my first time staying in an Atour hotel that's part of a villa complex with such distinctive architecture, and it really brightened my mood every time I entered and left. There were plenty of staff at the front desk, and they were all very warm and accommodating with any reasonable requests, speaking very gently. Even the housekeeping aunties would greet us proactively. This has been my best Atour experience yet, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends!

Pleasantly surprised! The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The room was spotless and well-maintained. I particularly appreciated the hotel having its own parking lot with charging stations. What really stood out was that they had already turned on the air conditioning before I even checked in – such a thoughtful and considerate touch! From now on, the Atour Hotel (North Station New District Government) will be my top choice for bookings.

The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the room itself was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright. Its location is fantastic, being close to both Huangjia Old Shop and Kaifeng Museum. Plus, there's a famous traditional pastry shop right at the entrance. After I checked out, I carelessly left an item of clothing behind. The housekeeping staff immediately informed the front desk, who thoughtfully kept it aside for me. They even kindly offered me a bottle of water and some peanut brittle as I was leaving, which was incredibly touching. Although heavy rain unfortunately led to the closure of the Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden during my last visit, I absolutely must return next time to truly experience the beauty of Kaifeng. The Atour Hotel (Henan University Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden) was a fantastic experience! The location is excellent, close to the scenic area and very convenient for getting around. The room was spacious and bright, and the hygiene was top-notch. The Atour bedding was incredibly comfortable for sleeping. The front desk service was attentive, and they offer a free laundry room and gym, so the amenities are complete. The overall ambiance is quiet and elegant, blending a scholarly atmosphere with the charm of the Song Dynasty. Especially the breakfast – it was abundant and delicious! Highly recommended!
