The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Drum Tower, and some rooms even offer direct views of it. Downstairs, you'll find a lively bookshop street with a wide variety of local snacks. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff are incredibly dedicated and responsible, providing excellent service, which I'd like to commend. The hotel also has parking, which is very convenient if you're driving. In the room, there's complimentary Haibi soda, which isn't a knock-off, but a genuine local Henan product, so feel free to enjoy it. It's delicious!

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during the Qingming Festival holiday this year. Traveling to Kaifeng with my elderly parents was supposed to be quite tiring, but the service at Xindongyuan Hotel was unexpectedly excellent. The staff were warm and attentive; they helped with luggage, pushed wheelchairs, and expedited the check-in process. This saved me a lot of hassle and was a huge help. They even thoughtfully provided a nail clipper with their logo. Especially noteworthy was the house manager on the first floor, who was incredibly welcoming and attentive every day. They even patiently taught me how to make a lacquer fan, which turned out beautifully! I'm very grateful to the house manager and all the staff at Xindongyuan Hotel. For anyone planning a trip to Kaifeng, I highly recommend this hotel – it's well-located, making it easy to get to all the attractions.

I was extremely satisfied with this stay. I couldn't find a single fault with the service, cleanliness, environment, or location. It made for a truly reassuring and comfortable experience. The hotel is conveniently located. It is not far from any scenic spot. There is a faint tea smell when you enter the hotel. It is very fragrant. The room space is quite large. It is comfortable.

7 Days Inn is a chain hotel. The rooms were quite clean, and the staff were very welcoming. The hotel has free parking and is conveniently located. The hotel provided a full range of disposable amenities and two types of slippers, which was very thoughtful. Two adults and one child slept comfortably in a double room. The standard room bed was 1.35 meters wide and quite good.

The location is great and convenient for getting around, with plenty of food options nearby, mostly Halal. If that's not your preference, you can always order delivery. The room was spacious and quiet during sleeping hours, though you might hear street vendors hawking their wares during the day since it faces the road. The only thing that needs improvement is the bathroom odor and ventilation. I originally booked for 5 nights, but due to a family illness, I only stayed for 3 nights. The hotel staff were very helpful.

The hotel parking lot is large, it is convenient to get in and out, and it is very friendly to self-driving people. The most important thing is not to pay. There is also a small garden on the roof where you can barbecue or something, great! ! Different stay experience, not bad. The room is also very large, the bedding is comfortable, and the night sleeps very comfortably. Worth staying again
