True to its ancient city charm, everyone here is incredibly welcoming. The front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, very enthusiastically upgraded us to a family room! She even thoughtfully brought us fruits and drinks! They also helped us with our luggage, and each room had a thoughtful massage device – perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. When we asked the lobby manager for local specialty restaurants, he very kindly asked if we preferred something close by or more budget-friendly. He patiently explained that there was a place right across the street, but it might be a bit pricier than where locals usually eat. Based on his recommendation, we went to 'Diyi Lou' and the food was truly beyond our expectations – absolutely delicious! 😋 Because of this hotel, I've fallen in love with this city.

The location is absolutely perfect, the shared bicycles downstairs are available, the bus station is within walking distance, and the scenic spot and the high-speed rail station are very close. The traffic is in all directions. The two restaurants next to it taste good, eating is super convenient, free parking is sufficient no matter the ground or underground, the experience is full!

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, with a great surrounding area. It's right next to a snack street, and Xingjia Old Shop Guotie is nearby, as well as Kaifeng's famous steamed buns with soup. There's free parking right in front of the building, and the front desk even told me about an underground parking garage, which is really convenient, and it even has charging stations! The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, providing excellent travel tips. The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel facilities were complete and modern, even featuring a robot for deliveries. It offers great value for money and isn't far from the scenic spots. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kaifeng!
