Highly recommend this Atour villa-style hotel in Kaifeng! My experience here far exceeded expectations. The front desk staff, both the young men and women, were incredibly kind. They proactively upgraded our room type during check-in and patiently answered all our questions. The service was truly top-notch. I have to praise the cleanliness of the room; both the bedding and the bathroom were meticulously cleaned, with no strange odors or neglected corners. It was very comfortable to stay in. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise too, offering a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options, including local specialties. I was incredibly satisfied with the food! Highly recommend staying here.

The environment is beautiful, the parking lot is spacious, and the rooms are large and luxurious. The service was very attentive. The lake view room offered a great view, and I really wished I could have stayed a few more days. My only complaint was that it was a bit cold. Although they provided an electric heater, it kept tripping the circuit breaker after a short while. The air conditioning panel was set to 32 degrees Celsius, but the room displayed 27 degrees, and I measured 25 degrees at the desk. Since lake view rooms are windy in winter, it felt quite cold. I suggest increasing the air conditioning outlet temperature by a couple of degrees in winter or ensuring the electric heaters can operate continuously to provide guests with a warm and comfortable resting environment.

The front desk service was excellent, and I was happy with the room – it was clean and well-equipped. I also loved the hotel's style and its proximity to tourist attractions. However, there's one significant issue: the cafeteria service was absolutely terrible!!! I went for breakfast, saw some raw noodles and a pot, and asked, 'Are these noodles for making?' The service auntie replied, 'It's all self-service!' I then asked, 'So, I make the noodles myself too?' She repeated, 'It's all self-service!' I thought, okay, I'll make them myself. But then, she impatiently asked, 'What are you doing? Do you want noodles?' I said yes, and she very grudgingly came over and started cooking them. I was thinking, I could have just made them myself, I didn't insist *you* do it. After the noodles were cooked, she just scooped them out, put the bowl down, and walked away without even saying 'here you go' or anything. I quickly went to grab it because it was for my child, and I asked, 'Is this sauce spicy?' Without even looking back, she just walked out and yelled, 'Whatever you want, just pour it yourself!' What??? What kind of person is this?? It was so baffling! What an attitude, first thing in the morning, do I owe you money??? I mentioned this to the front desk when I checked out, and they were very apologetic, which was good. I genuinely like Qianna Hotel, but this kind of staff member is just incredibly off-putting!!!

This newly opened Hampton by Hilton was a great stay. The room was spacious and bright, and the hygiene was impeccable. I especially appreciated the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom and the incredibly comfortable mattress. The breakfast spread was extensive, and it was a thoughtful touch that they extended breakfast hours until 10:30 AM during the May Day holiday, understanding guests might sleep in. The staff were all very friendly. We mentioned a small request to the manager, and even though they went into a meeting, they didn't forget and made sure a staff member took care of it for us. These small details really show their excellent management and service.

This B&B is amazing! The location is super convenient, right above a snack street. The room is clean and cozy, with all the amenities you need and everything works well. The host is warm and attentive, providing excellent service – a perfect experience, the owner is truly wonderful! It offers great value for money, and the stay is comfortable and worry-free. Definitely my top choice for travel accommodation, I'll be back!

Five-star review! This hotel is perfect for a trip to the ancient capital of Kaifeng. The location is excellent and the ambiance is fantastic. The room comes with a comfortable sofa bed for families, which is super convenient when traveling with kids. The smart toilet is clean and practical, and the thoughtful details are spot on. The overall environment is clean and quiet, and the service is warm and attentive. A five-star stay with an excellent experience – I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Kaifeng!

這家酒店的房間環境很好很乾凈，床品非常柔軟舒服，前台和老闆都很熱情，有什麼東西要補的説一聲就幫忙處理，臨時離開的時候説幫忙清理一下房間，回來的時候房間打掃的很乾凈，垃圾袋也換了，床也鋪好了，用完的紙什麼的也都補上了。而且在外面點外賣回酒店，説一聲酒店也會幫忙簽收，不舒服想喝熱水也有提供總之有什麼問題酒店都很熱情幫忙解決。

The front desk staff were very welcoming, and we upgraded my room. The facilities were a bit dated, but the biggest advantage was its proximity to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, within walking distance, making it very convenient for multiple visits. The hotel environment was beautiful, and the breakfast would have been even better if it had a more varied selection. They even gave me a complimentary gift upon departure, which was very thoughtful!

This is a new hotel, and the facilities are excellent. The room, bedding, and bathroom are all high-end. They even provide body lotion, conditioner, a scale, and a fantastic hairdryer (like a Dyson!). There's a 'Along the River During the Qingming Festival' souvenir, and upon check-in, we received snacks (yogurt and waffles 🧇). The breakfast spread is extensive, and the restaurant is spacious. The shower pressure is really strong. To get to attractions, you'll need to take a taxi or ride an electric bike, as they're about 5-6 kilometers away. It's closest to the Duanmen Gate of Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, so transportation is quite convenient. The area right outside the hotel is a bit chaotic, but there are plenty of dining options nearby. My only suggestion would be to offer freshly ground coffee; that would truly match the hotel's caliber.
