Unfortunately, the staff's attitude was mediocre; they were not prompt enough and lacked enthusiasm. One electrical component in the room malfunctioned, rendering the kettle, TV, and chargers unusable. When I reported the kettle problem, the response was: ”Are you sure you didn't put it upside down?” Two staff members followed up without success, and I was eventually asked to change rooms. No assistance was offered for the room change, wasting nearly half an hour. One staff member said they would bring another room card after the change, but after waiting a long time, I proactively asked the staff, only to find out that they had called the room but no one answered and the matter was dropped. There was no apology throughout, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Only after expressing my dissatisfaction to the front desk did a staff member apologize multiple times.

Overall, it's a great hotel. Regarding the location, it's in the New District, not too far from Wanda Plaza. However, getting to Wansuishan and Qingming Shanghe Garden by a ride-hailing service (like Didi) costs around 20 RMB, and it's a similar distance/cost to Gulou Night Market. If distance isn't a major concern for you, then this hotel is definitely a fantastic choice.
