In an old house with a history of more than 80 years, the bedding in the room on the first floor felt a little damp in the summer. There is a mini front desk and a mini living room. I met two young service staff, both of whom were very enthusiastic and communicated in English fluently...

The best place I’ve stayed in Japan so far, every employee I met was so welcoming and friendly. The hotel has such a unique style, and the location is so convenient.

The room is very small. What I didn't expect is that the bathroom and shower are shared. The service "front desk" is cramped and cold, and there is no warm experience during the stay. The worst part is that kettles are only available in public areas. After many years of unsatisfactory experience with facilities, the price is not worth it.

Super stay with a super welcome at Villa Sacra. The staff were incredible, really nice and very helpful. I recommend Villa Sacra to all visitors to Kamakura.

Very expensive room with 1 shared shower and 2 toilets, as well as 1 sink and 1 kitchen sink. Shared fridge and kettle. The rooms are not really quiet, you hear the siren when the barriers close, the trains and the announcements. The wall of that room is beautifully decorated, and there is a separate but dark sitting area. Staff is friendly and supposedly available 24 hours a day, but I wouldn't count on that.
