It rained on the day we checked in, but the next morning the air was fresh and the sunshine was very good. The hotel is located on a hill. We were woken up by birds and dogs in the morning. The owners are two elderly couples who prepared a sumptuous meal for us. For breakfast, we also taught us how to make homemade milk tea using the famous local Ceylon tea. It is very sweet without adding sugar, and the yogurt➕passion fruit taste is also very nice. I like it very much. If I come to Kandy again, I think I will choose to stay here again. Very satisfied with this hotel. Even though it's on the main street, it's surprisingly quiet. The room is spacious with views of both the mountains and the city. There's no breakfast, but a fridge is provided, so you can buy milk, eggs, bread, etc., to make your own. You can walk to the Temple of the Tooth or take a tuk-tuk. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful; they even helped us book a ride-sharing car at a good price.

Although the sparrows are small and dirty, the service is good to the environment. The whole room is very clean. We are the boss who came to the middle of the night to help with the luggage. The breakfast is also good. It is too sweet. I don’t like sweet friends. Tell the boss in advance that he will arrange toast

The price was cheap. Since we were leaving late at night and needed to leave the next morning, we chose a budget-friendly guesthouse. The courtyard was very well maintained. Our family room had a bedroom, a small living room, a kitchen, and a small balcony. The kitchen was fully equipped with various appliances, but we didn't get a chance to use them. The dining area had a very open view. We saw some long-term European and American tourists in other rooms. Their rooms had small terraces outside, where they could leisurely read in the morning – quite comfortable. There were also downsides. The slope leading to the courtyard was very steep, requiring us to park the car downstairs and carry our luggage in, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the breakfast was a bit expensive, so we opted to eat at the hotel to avoid the hassle. The food was okay, but not great value for money.

One adult and one 12 year old child paying 26 US dollars per night with breakfast and lunch is pretty good. I got the upgrade for free with balcony. The wifi was not strong. The tv has no hdmi connection. The bathroom is old and needs updating. The breakfast was good but I did not try the lunch or dinner.

The best location close to the temple and to the show. The staff was very nice and help us with everything. The room is beautiful that let us feel the vibe of Sri Lanka. Recommend.

This was a really great hotel – excellent location and service. The views of Kandy Lake and the Temple of the Tooth Relic from our room were amazing! The restaurant served delicious food, and breakfast had generous portions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The service was excellent; they were very attentive and quickly noticed our requests. Thank you for being so kind and friendly to my daughter.

Stunning hotel with a perfect view of the lake and Tooth Relic Temple. The staff are very welcoming and check-in experience was smooth. The room was very spacious and clean with good room service food. Recommend to sit by the infinity pool to try local arrack drink and freshly baked pizza while enjoying the good view.
