Very satisfied with this hotel. Even though it's on the main street, it's surprisingly quiet. The room is spacious with views of both the mountains and the city. There's no breakfast, but a fridge is provided, so you can buy milk, eggs, bread, etc., to make your own. You can walk to the Temple of the Tooth or take a tuk-tuk. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful; they even helped us book a ride-sharing car at a good price.
Although the sparrows are small and dirty, the service is good to the environment. The whole room is very clean. We are the boss who came to the middle of the night to help with the luggage. The breakfast is also good. It is too sweet. I don’t like sweet friends. Tell the boss in advance that he will arrange toast
1.
I showed you a voucher that has been completed normally for booking and card payment.
Why is the voucher not paid for Sri Lanka LKR?
Is it a Korean KRW payment?
I'm asking about the absurd hotel staff in 40 countries abroad
I've never seen it in my life while staying at more than 500 hotels.
It's ridiculous, but I showed you the amount of money in the exchange rate app.
I was twisted and I said something to the other staff.
Make me wait and check in three late people first.
2.
How did you check in after a while?
The staff who copied my passport told me where r u from?
And I kept talking, and I went into the room, and I went in, and I went in, and I went in, and I went in, and I went in, and I went in, and I went in, and I went in, and I went in, and I went in, and I went in, and I went in, and I went in, and I went in, and I went in, and I went in
After 22 p.m., I barely checked in and kept taking my time. There were two bottles of water. It wasn't paid water, but if one person made an appointment for two bottles of free water, they only had to drink one bottle. In particular, they asked me to drink two bottles. Speak like kindness.

It was annoying to ask for discomfort, so I sent the staff to go out just because I knew it, but when I looked still, I was assigned to a lower room at a lower price than the room I booked.
Room photo comparison. (Similar but definitely different price rooms)
I had to go out at 05 a.m. the next day, so I didn't even ask about it, so I just tried to wash and sleep.
4.
The inside of the coffee pot is rusty.
It's not stain, it's rusty. It's not a guesthouse, it's a hotel.
I'm going to take a shower with a lot of absurdity behind me.
Water temperature cannot be finely adjusted,
It's hot even if you turn it a little bit, and it's hot enough to burn.
Also, if you turn it a little, it's too cold water ... What ....ㅠ
5.
I'm going to wake up at 05 the next day and check out.
No staff at the lobby reception ....
It's not a Korean unmanned motel.
Put the room key next to the hotel front desk phone.
Checked out without saying anything.

Nothing can be recommended except the location.
If you are alone, it is still a bit scary to drive a tuk-tuk at night because the mountain road behind is a dirt road with no street lights.
The air in the mountains is very good and quiet. There is no air conditioning in the room, but there is a fan, but you can't open the door or windows because there are mountains outside, mosquitoes will come in, and you can also see squirrels. Only if you don't open the window without a fan, there will be no ventilation and it will be a bit stuffy.
The scenery is pretty good.
I stayed for three days and was only given a bottle of mineral water. I had to buy more if I wanted.
After three days, I was only given one piece of soap. After asking for it for a long time, the store insisted that one piece of soap was enough. Later, when they found out that I was doing laundry, they gave me an extra piece of soap.
I can't wash my hair because the hot water is too small. Oh, what a sin.
If you are alone, it is recommended not to go out at night, because you have to walk on mountain roads, and there are occasionally dogs on the mountain roads. Better find a companion.
The first time I tried the capsule apartment, the experience was not good. The lights were too dark in it, and I could n’t sleep but could n’t sleep well because the sound insulation was not very good. . Hygiene is average, there is no hot water, I will not try again in the future. Good place is very close to the station, there is a nice observation deck on the top floor, the scenery is very good
The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the train station and bus station, and a five-minute walk to Kandy Lake and the Temple of Tooth Relic. It is also because there will be some locals staying in this way. It is recommended not to book a bed. Unfortunately, I ran into an unfriendly local. Fortunately, the staff were more reliable. Call the staff after they all fell asleep at 10 o'clock in the evening. Immediately came out and helped me solve the problem. All in all a good hotel

One adult and one 12 year old child paying 26 US dollars per night with breakfast and lunch is pretty good. I got the upgrade for free with balcony. The wifi was not strong. The tv has no hdmi connection. The bathroom is old and needs updating.
The breakfast was good but I did not try the lunch or dinner.
The location is excellent, within walking distance of major destinations such as shopping malls, Kandy Lake, and the Temple of the Tooth Relic. Hygiene is acceptable, but the room had a strong odor, and the facilities are rather old.
Located near the Temple of the Tooth. But then again, the entire area around Kandy Lake isn't that big. I stayed for one night, and the facilities and service were all quite good. It felt a bit like a domestic three-star hotel. The room was pretty spacious and even had air conditioning, which is a rare treat in Sri Lanka. Breakfast was decent too.
