Comfortable stay
All good but only problem is to climb 10-12 flights. I suggest that they can put escalator for that , otherwise property is very nice .

Very clean rooms, helpful staff, excellent breakfast spread. It's a well-maintained property. If I visit Kanpur again, I will definitely consider staying here.

Horrible experience at the hotel reception. They deducted 6160 in place of 616. When i asked them to reverse it. They misbehaved very badly with me and started abusing also. Highly despicable staff. Planning to take legal action against them.
