No possibility to cancel reservation. I clicked the wrong date on the spot with trip.com. no customer service by mail. I wrote a letter of complaint. It was neglected. The case goes to court!

Everything is solid in itself, but a lot of things are unnecessarily complicated, such as having to pick up the kitchen equipment yourself even though you have deliberately booked a room with a kitchenette, and the equipment is also incomplete. There is still room for improvement...

Very nice hotel, super modern. Check-in took a long time, the line was already quite long before a second person finally came to the reception. Later in the evening we bought a bottle of water downstairs - 6 euros for 1 liter of still water, sorry, it's just too expensive - then took it to our room and discovered that there weren't even any glasses in the room. So in my opinion two glasses are part of the basic equipment and a bottle of water too.

A very new chain hotel, the building next to it is still under construction, the facilities are complete, the decoration in the room is also very modern, the bathroom water pressure is sufficient, and the shower is very comfortable. The bathroom door of the double room No. 255 has some problems with sealing, and water overflows onto the bathroom floor when showering. I hope it can be repaired.

The room is small and the bed is small! Since it is a new hotel, it is clean!

The hotel opened the day before, so there is still a building atmosphere in one or two corners, especially outside. Location in an unattractive mixed-use commercial area, easy to reach by car, the nearest tram is about 300m away. The rooms and the hotel are modern and chic, we also liked the way the breakfast was presented and the selection. The Hipster Studio we booked has a small kitchenette with a fridge, and Bluetooth speakers for the smartphone are also useful. However, the Hipster Studio is definitely not the 32 sqm listed! Mostly friendly staff. In summary, we liked it, and it is currently good value for money.
