We've stayed here many times, especially over Xmas. In fact, we would have been one of the earliest guests when it first opened. The location is great esp with KL Sentral mrt within walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a hiccup after checking in, 2x single beds instead of a double, but it was quickly fixed. Our only criticism is the rooms need to be given an uplift, showing their age. We will be back again.

In some smaller fields one can see that cost optimization is a part of daily operations but this doesn’t change the overall verdict of 5 stars…

Always good to have a comfort place to revisit in the heart of old KL. The building's design is iconic and part of the nation's heritage. Room was well equipped, and hospitality staff came to check twice few hours within check in to make sure everything is fine since I'm bringing a baby along. Baby cot is Joie brand, with some top up bedsheets and folded sheets as a pillow. The highlight was definitely the food. Majestic constantly serves up some of the best buffet breakfasts and dinners. When staying in, always go for the breakfast option, a few of their menu items will always stand out and make the meal worth it.

3rd time staying in Ramada after South Korea. And because of its location and cleanliness we extended the room for 2 more days. Location is very near to Bukit Bintang which is a tourist's hub. Shopping and eateries are at a walking distance. I wish the room was more nicely clean and hotel management will do more about it. Staff is good. Overall it was a very very pleasant stay. There is one Indian restaurant just downstairs (outside the hotel at 10metres) from where you can order your food even at 12midnight.

The entire stay was filled with surprises! Upon check-in, I discovered that the faucet in the sink was leaking, which wasn't a major issue. However, after washing my hands, I found that the sink was completely clogged. The key issue arose when I reported it to the staff, who showed no signs of apology. They should have fixed it, because when I returned after going out, it wasn't as clogged. Yes, I stayed for 4 nights, and it did seem less clogged later on. But the surprises didn't end there. The room was equipped with a desk lamp, but when I tried to turn it on, I couldn't because, you know, their sockets were the British type, while the lamp had a European plug. This meant that the lamp they provided couldn't be plugged into their sockets. Oh, and during check-in, the receptionist asked if I had paid the tourist tax. I wasn't sure what that was, so I showed her my payment records. After checking, she said I should pay the tax, so I did as requested. However, later on, I checked my detailed payment records and found that I had already paid the tax during the reservation. I don't know if it was an issue with the hotel or with Trip.com, but I was charged twice. Later, Trip.com's customer service helped me process the refund, and I appreciate their efforts. Finally, I want to say that this hotel has a high rating. I don't know if it's due to lack of competition in Kuala Lumpur's hotel industry or something else, but overall, I feel like this hotel doesn't quite live up to the standards of being a Marriott-branded hotel. Overall, it was a weird experience

Nice place. Ideal for family or couple, as i’m a solo traveler, the room is big for me,.. What I love the most about it is the water in the bath tub it’s really hot, so you can control the temperature as how hot you want it to be. Petronas Twin tower is just like 5-10minutes away by foot.

Its a small hotel/inn which is located right opposite Nu Sentral. 1-2 min walking distance from KL sentral Monorail Station. Got a very early check in at 11am, the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Even-though its a small hotel/inn, but their services given is outstanding. If you are not a picky traveller, this will be one of the best choice. We booked a room with a queen size bed for 2 nights, the room is clean and with basic amenities and little fridge provided. But one thing is that we requested a window room but there is a window looking glass wall which is eventually not a window, can view outside and sunlight barely shines in. Other than that, all are good! There is one accident happen, i assume there is a miscommunication between the staff, they accidentally open our room door at 7am without knocking or calling, which shocked us. Luckily with the door lock hooked. The staff apologized genuinely until we ask him to leave. Other than that, overall our staying experience with this hotel is good!

Everything about the location, furniture, etc. is good. I just found that the toilet was not cleaned when I arrived. This is a serious problem. The landlord is very enthusiastic, but it is very important to ensure hygiene.

Pros: Hotel is centrally located. It's located behind KL sentral and just a few meters away from NU Sentral Mall. There are a number of convenience and massage shops nearby. It's also close to a Catholic Church so were able to attend mass on a Sunday! Desk is manned 24 hours so late check in and early check out should not be an issue. Rooms are not very big and no breakfast were provided but for the very affordable price we paid, the room is already a steal. We were even upgraded to room for 4 when I just booked a room for 3. Cons: -Cleanliness of room and bathroom can be improved. Bathroom has that rusty smell. They weren't dirty but cleanliness certainly can be improved. -Only 1 trash bin was provided. There was no trash bin in the bathroom.
