Indie Hotel Kuala Lumpur Reviews

I checked late at night and was greeted by a nice young lady helping me check in. There's a small mart just below the hotel that opens until 2am. The corridor to the room looks eerie at night and windows will face the corridor if not closed properly. But in the day time, it's actually pretty nice. The room was big and comfortable and cooling. Toilet was nice and spacious too, but caution when using the tap as the water occasionally run yellow. It came with all the amenities such as iron, fridge, etc. Location wise was OK, I think you'd have to walk more to get to places but would recommend just taking a grab/driving out. Would recommend for travellers who are solo or with friends but not for big families, mainly those with younger kids.

Check in was smooth. It's a very stylish and chic hotel. Water pressure was really good, lighting is perfectly comfy. Just didn't like how their large bed is made of 2 super single beds so there's this very obvious indent in the middle. Once we entered the room, there's this very strong fragrance, which irritated our nose and we sneezed quite a bit, maybe housekeeping can reduce the air freshener used. We actually loved this room a lot as it is really spacious and rather kids friendly!

Extremely disappoint. The room had a strong musty smell and was covered in dust, which is unacceptable for anyone. When i approached the front desk to address these issues, the staff were rude and impatient, claiming that the hotel was fully booked and that there were no other extra large rooms available. It is hard to believe that the hotel was completely full on a Tuesday. The combination of the unhealthy room conditions and the poor customer service made our stay very unpleasant. To make matters worse, both my sister and I woke up the next morning with runny noses, likely due to the poor air quality in the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those with health concerns or who expect a basic level of cleanliness and courtesy.

Good as advertise. Room spacious. Pillow so comfy. Overall OK. for parking need pay RM20. Safe than parking openly at street 😉

Our stay was great. The room was clean and spacious. The internet connection was stable, and the hot shower was working well. I would recommend staying in this hotel as it is convenient and the staff is accommodating. We will definitely be back here soon. Thank you, Indie Hotel!

The 312 room smells musty and no slipper provided. Only valet parking RM20(btw the noon jaga of the valet is kind of rude) The best part is the rainfall shower and the greens along the walkway to the room.

This hotel is located in Jalan Ceylon, just a few blocks from Changkat Bukit Bintang… it’s a minimalist boutique hotel which is just so comfortable , clean and convenient… walking distance to Bukit Bintang and MRT…. Had a lovely view of KL Tower too!!!!

Considered as 3 star hotels in term of facilities and amenities. Quite close to a busy night pubs street, suitable for night life people. If you don't mind take a longer time, you can walk to Pavilion/bukit bintang area. Overall is OK. Room is exact same as pictures shown. Quite noisy if someone pass by the corridor. You can see KL tower from certain hotel rooms.

I absolutely love how clean the hotel is. I also love that there were 2 big beds that were able to accommodate all 4 adults in 1 room. The only downside is that is pretty far from all other places that you might want to go but easily able to book grab or slowly walk to enjoy the scenery.

Good stay with family.first booked only for 1 night.thwn extended our stay here.very clean and spacious.strategic location in town center.

I like the ambience of the hotel. The room is large and clean. Bathroom also clean and high water pressure. The price is cheap compare to room size.

Location was good. Minutes away from dining and drinking options. Another 10 mins away from shopping malls.
