the room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment for rest limited number of parking spaces was a drawback, requiring guests to seek alternative parking arrangements outside the hotel hotel's proximity next to MRT station made it convenient to access other popular destinations such as KLCC and the newly opened TRX within a few stops while some noise was expected due to the hotel's location, it was generally bearable and did not significantly affect the quality of sleep despite these minor inconveniences, I would consider staying at this hotel again in the future due to its cleanliness, comfort and convenient location

Staying with my husband for business purposed. Booking through Floresta Hotel websites & got discount too. The room worth the price. It was budget hotel but still nice in terms of room cleanliness, amenities & facilities. The staff are very helpful & kind. The one who served us is Ms Sofea. She's so nice, we came here for a business but decided to extend since it was a nice hotel. And Ms Sofea help to arrange room with good view. And lurveee the lobby, feels like you're in jungle. It was nice if you put fake river too haha.

It was basic 3/4 star’s hotel and located in china town, which area I didn’t like so much. The room was dark but nice. The from room was wiew was great in 7. floor; I saw petronas and kl tower from there and the light shows them every night. :) The pool was very small, but the terrace in pool were very nice and you could see Merdeka 118 building next to it. :) Cleaning wasn’t so good; Male housekeepers only changed sheets and towels everyday, but they haven’t dishwash glasses or mugs in the room and there were dirty marks all over the tables, walls, bathroom glassdoor etc. which was disgusting! There wasn’t also toilet paper enough, and when I asked that more the male housekeeper wasn’t happy about that. So this hotel should make effort more for house keeping and maybe change that stuff! Other stuff were very nice and helpful, and they gave me a free breakfast because of the wrong fire alarming middle of the night!

I love the place and location as it is very convenient for everything, it is at the central area. You can walk around and find most of the tourist spots. Hotel receptionists are very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended, at the very affordable costs . We had a wonderful stay for 4 days during cny 2024 our room view was awesome. Thank you and hope to be back again soon❤️

Staying for 1 night on 7 June 2019 with my family. This time we took a Deluxe room. I book the room through booking.com. Upon check in, i presented my ID but they still asking me for the booking number which i don't have with me at that time. It's seem that they really didn't welcome my arrival as the my room rate I get from booking through booking.com is more cheaper than their published rate. Through my previous experience checking in the hotel which I booked from booking.com, the hotel never request of the booking number and only enough with my Identity card and they can manage to find my booking number. But not with this Lavana Hotel. I really felt unwelcome with their staff action towards me. Room doesn't have any telephone or in house intercom. What if there is a request? Then I have to come down to receptionist to request and this cause inconvenience. But most importantly, what if there is an emergency? I did ask the staff at the front desk about the telephone, but their answered was so disappointed. The answered I get from the staff ”Actually, That room doesn't have telephone”. They didn't even try to apologize and try to rectify the issue. Upon entering the room, they didn't even provide any towel. We have to go down and ask for the towel. If you want to have peaceful sleep, don't stay at this hotel as you can hear people talking from the next door. This hotel does not have sound proof wall. The only different between standard room and Deluxe room is only that the deluxe room equipped with a window. The size of the room and facilities and amenities are the same. Upon checked out, they asked me to wait for a while and after few minutes I came back, they claimed that I already check out and already returned the cash deposit to me which I never received it yet. To kill the time waiting, I just go out for 5 minutes for a smoke and when I'm back they told me that I already check out and they already returned the deposit cash (which I haven't receive). So unprofessional!! After confronting with the staff, they finally returned my cash deposit. The good thing about this Hotel is the location as it is near to LRT station and to Petaling street market. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!

We love this hotel not only the lication but also their service and facilities as well. We have a very comfortable stay with lovely breakfast spread. Just a 2-min walk away from the famous China and the MRT station. Very convenient to yravel to other place via MRT and of course Grab. The gym has essential work out tools though not many but good enough for a short workout. All are good except the bed is a little too soft and both my friend and I found there isn't good support for our spine actually.... something that 4 points by Sheraton needs to take note of....

A small highly aesthetic boutique hotel with only 49 rooms that brands itself as a wellness 5 star hotel but falls short on practicality and service standards that you would expect from a 5 star property. Rooms are beautifully adorned and look pretty in pictures but in practice are inconvenient when in use. The bed is on a platform area which requires navigating up 3 steps which can be hazardous at night when trying to go to the bathroom. The TV is recently sized but it is far from the bed and it can't be moved any closer as it's fixed to the wall and not on an extendable mount. The bathroom partition is lined with wooden slats which allows in the cold air from the main room which results in freezing temperatures when exiting the bath. Was told the wrong timing for last call for breakfast as the timings are not the same for weekends and weekdays and was unable to be accommodated for breakfast, there was no attempt at service recovery from the staff. On the previous day on the weekend, another group had been left waiting almost an hour for their breakfast while everyone else was served due to a mix up in orders, even after they complained their orders were not expedited and others were still served before them, there was no attempt at service recovery for them either, not even a free coffee.

The photo corresponds to reality. Spacious room. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi work. There is a cooler in the corridor. Coffee can be made from a capsule coffee machine in the lobby. Purely. A refundable deposit of RM50 is required upon check-in. A big plus is that we didn’t have to wait and we checked in 1.5 hours ahead of time. The hotel is located on a very busy street next to the market. Large selection of cafes and eateries. The downside is the hotel's proximity to homeless people. They behave quietly, but out of habit you still don’t feel completely safe.

Am penning down this review with mixed feelings, let me list down the pros and cons: Pros: -Room is huge, comes with three beds -Very near to Masjid Jamek LRT Station -Breakfast buffet items though limited, but it is delicious and of quality. Cost RM25. Cons: -Lobby counters are not fully staffed, resulting in some waits -Lift is very slow, have to wait at around 2 minutes before it arrives -Seems like no way to adjust the aircon, it is too freaking cold. Even when the aircon is off, it is still very cold -Basic necessities like tissue paper and floormat is not available (have to manually request)

I don't know if I'm the first one in China to comment on this hotel. This hotel is next to Petaling Street (China Street), opposite the subway station and not far from the passenger station. The location is undoubtedly, but! The environment is average, the space is small, the room I live in can't see the view, there is only a big water storage tank next to it, it is very noisy, the air conditioner is annoying, blowing on people, so I cough up phlegm...of course it is my own question. There is another thing that I find particularly interesting: the front desk charged 50 MYR, and he directly stapled the reservation form and 50 yuan in cash with a stapler. When I handed it to me, I saw that there were two staple holes in the money , this is shocking, their currency is really.... dare not say Generally speaking, it is actually ok. The location, price, and service are very good. If you are traveling or doing business, you can live here. It is also a good choice
