LOCATION   About 2 min walk from the busy pubstreet in Bukit Bintang, the building itself is unique, whitewashed with an attractive façade of verandahs and wall-sized glass amidst the neighboring towers.   LOBBY   The style is simple, minimalistic, modern and functional.   SERVICE   We stayed about 3 days after the hotel commenced operations, so it was stunning and sublime to use the new rooms. The room we had was a virgin room, as everything was unopened, unused. Security good and parking available. Restaurant not yet in use during stay. The chinese desk clerk was very helpful, professional and kind. He even helped us carry luggage to our uber on check-out.   ROOMS   We were upgraded to family room as the standard rooms were fully occupied. The open wardrobe plan design with lots of storage space is a plus for travellers. All the sockets were internationally adaptable and fitted with USB ports, meaning no need to bring and borrow. Well Done!   The wallpaper was a large black and white photograph of the community life from the past, splashed with bright yellow paint at certain spots. The grey+white+yellow carpet matched the painting adding warmth and comfort to our toes. The bed was X-Large, super comfy and a torment to leave. The night lamp was beautifully designed.   Bathroom clean complete with Borneo products and amenities (eco-friendly using recycled paper) while laundry bag and slippers provided. There is a tea and coffee with 8 sugars but only 2 creamers, would need to add more.      As it was the last day of the year 2019, we raced to the roof to see the midnight fireworks from the KL tower. We were amongst a small crowd of couples and friends wishing peace, health and prosperity for the world.    SUMMARY   Would highly recommend! CITY OASIS!  

The room is clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is not far from the tourist area, you can walk there in 5-10 minutes. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. There are amenities such as a hair dryer in the bathroom and an iron in the common area on each floor. The male cleaner is friendly and provides service with a smile. I was very impressed. Thanks

Stayed 1 night on 24 August 2024 in a superior twin room with breakfast. Arrived about 2pm and was told check in time was 3pm and no room was available. However, when l went up to room floor, l didn't see any housekeeping staff cleaning the rooms. If you stay for more than 2 nights, this hotel doesn't do any cleaning service (see attached picture) Please skip the breakfast as it was horrible with just fried noodles, rice, sausages, eggs, toast and diluted cordial drinks and milk. Ask for rooms facing the main road to avoid the trains passing sound.

Kind of disappointed with my stay at Prescott this time. The carpet should be thoroughly clean. Not glaring but can be seen the dust. The condition of the furniture also looks rustic. The chair is very dusty

My stay at Sunway Putra Hotel was fantastic. The location was perfect for exploring Kuala Lumpur. I think we got free upgraded from a Deluxe room to a Deluxe Classic room. The rooms were spacious and clean. We particularly enjoyed the stunning view of the city skyline from my window and the free Wi-Fi was a nice touch. Btw It's so easy to access nearby attractions by LRT. Below the Hotel is shopping areas, which is so convenient.

Cleanliness -bathroom floor very dirty (room 2304, on July 13th 2024) -please bring your own bathroom slipper because it feels very nasty to step on the bathroom floor -shower water drainage poor -the room’s floor is carpetted, the carpet was dusty, makes us keep on sneezing during our stay Comfortibility -bed and pillow was great -aircond and ceiling fan both functioned well Service -we came at 2pm for check in, there were a lot of people, need to queue to check in -we only manage to enter our room at 4.15pm -staff name Imran and Sophia at the counter were polite and Ms Sophia help us to get a room faster (because at first they informed us that our room will only be ready at 5pm lol) -staff Mr Fitri at the counter help us with our checkout on the next day, he was polite as well -even their bellboy (an indian uncle), was also very polite and friendly Parking -they informed us that if we validate our tng card at the hotel reception after checkout, we will only need to pay RM5 for our parking -but when we scan our tng card when going out, midvalley deducted RM10 from our card -is this a scam? lol if the normal parking is RM10 then its better if we just park at the cititel valet parking Location -strategic location, there is a direct door going into the midvalley shopping mall

Suitable for business trip !! 1. The pillow is hard and high. Cannot extra pillow, 1 pillow @ Rm11 🥲 2. No provides mineral water bottol, u must cook using q kettle. 3. Aircon room temperature around 23 degrees above, u can feel like a fan. The temperature only drops to 20 degrees in the morning and our room is very very small. 4. Car park per entry Rm5

A very good hotel with great services. I stayed for 2 nights there for business trip with family and a baby. The location is good if u have own transport as its bit far from lrt station. We aim to eat at Kantan and this is the best/nearest hotel. The views on rooftop are superb with Istana Negara view. But, sadly we cannot join the breakfast.. Will come again soon.

I am regular at Ibis Cheras, staying about 4 times a year and each time about 3-5 days. The location is convenient for me as I am here to see family. With a burgeoning of eateries a short walk away, meals or supper is close at hand. Notwithstanding the good points about Ibis, the nice room and good WiFi, a few things seem to have lapsed. It looks like they are using their old eroded towels again. Also, the grouting in the bathroom needs to be cleaned properly because mould have set in. The roller screen in the bathroom is stained. All these things detract from the positives of the room and stay. Breakfast also seems to have dropped in standards and the new meal room doesn’t look like a restaurant at all. It would be good if they can take a look at these things and resolve a few of them.
