サービスというかフロントでの対応が最悪。我々A家二人と、娘夫婦B家二人、息子Cと息子Dで数年ぶりの全員集合での宿泊でした。「A家とB家様ですね」「はいcheckinお願いします。あとＣとＤも予約してますが」「ＣはありますがＤはありません」とのコメント。メールをみせて予約してある旨伝えると、わびの一言もなく「ありました」とだけ。さらにA家とB家は朝食なしプラン申し込で、CとDは朝食付きプランと思い込んでいたため、A家とB家の朝食券を購入し、確認のため「CとDは朝食ついてますか」と問うと、「Cはついてます」と返事。「Dはついてませんか？」と聞くと明らかにムッとした表情で「私は[Cは]ついてます、と言いましたよね」との返事。まったくホテルフロントとは思えない返事内容と態度。その後、A家とB家のcheckinしルームキーと朝食券５枚わたされ、A家２枚B家２枚とDの朝食券です」「どうも、でCとDのルームキーは？」と聞くと「CとDもcheckinもですか？」とのこと。常識的にCとDも当然checkinもするものと思っていたため唖然としました。checkinせず朝食券だけわたすフロントなんて見たことも聞いたこともない。「checkinしてくださいとは言われてない。」と言わんばかりの明らかな不満で反抗的な態度。フロントにたつべきスタッフではないです。もう少し接客態度を教育すべきです。思い切り文句言いたかったが、せっかくの家族旅行の楽しい気分に水を差すと思い、あえて「CとDのcheckinもおねがいします」と返事してひきさがりました。不愉快この上ない、お粗末で未熟な対応しかできないフロントスタッフ、人手不足かもしれませんが、私はもう二度と宿泊に利用しません。

There is plenty of parking downstairs from the hotel, which is convenient for parking. Across the street is Kumamoto Shinchi Street, with many restaurants and convenience stores. The room is not big, but the sense of space is quite sufficient. Especially appreciate the curtains for great shading!

The hotel is close to lots of shops and restaurants, and the staff is friendly. The room cleaning is done every other day. However one time when we requested to have our trash cleaned in the room, the door was left unlocked when we return.

Hotel environment is dark themed and calm, however during our time there, hotel was probably full house and the hk tour groups were so loud and rowdy, the service staff werent able to get them to lower their voices and commotion in the front desk nor at breakfast too. It was otherwise a very clean, and efficiently laid out room, good hotel option and at a convenient location too.
