the first time i experienced the breakfast of the person who stayed was insufficient.
I contacted the branch manager directly and complained quite a bit.
The family next door had no children's rice and it was cute. Also, foreigners didn't understand the meaning in the first place, so they were convinced that they ate the rest of the bread. It is very disappointing that there is no white rice and * dishes.
Response to why there was no ingredients → I was a newcomer
the customer is a veteran and the newcomer doesn't matter.
I'm paying you, so I think I should refund even a little if there is a mistake.
Service is not valid.
I expect it next time I stay.
The room seems to have a color 々 type, but it was a 4 bed with a loft. Among them, 2 is about a double size, so I think 6 can sleep. It has a washing machine and a mini kitchen and a wide bath 々. However, it may be inconvenient because drying is only in the bathroom. The hanger was borrowed at the front desk. It is for long stay because there is one IH stove, a pot, a kettle, a knife cutting board, a chopsticks and dishes, a dish detergent, and a whole range. It is more than 1 km from downtown and Kumamoto Station, so healthy people can walk, but it is not convenient. Convenience stores are nearby 7-Eleven. The front desk seems to be not 24 time resident. It is completely for long-term stays and is not suitable for those who are crunchy for sightseeing, but we are particular about the brand that is easy to use, such as the newness, cleanliness of the room, hair dryer, tableware, and kettle. I think it is a good hotel for those who like residence type hotels.

I stayed 2 at the end of the year. It was my first stay, but I wanted to relax and stay again. The hotel is over 9 floor, but the glass is often used and the view is bright everywhere. Creation that I have never seen before. A mechanism that cannot be put in the room key in the lodging zone. The building is a corridor style, overlooking the garden and chapel on the 9 floor, but it is lit up at night and this is beautiful again. The rooms are a bit vertical, but I was able to spend calmly. I liked my wife very much. The public bath is also like a fashionable and splendid hot spring hotel. Maybe more. There was a drum coin laundry next to the entrance of the public bath, and it was convenient for consecutive nights. Breakfast was a buffet, but the buffet on New Year's Day is a great word. When I arrived at the entrance with the service of the soup and arrived at the seat, the miscellaneous boiling was carried first. The soup was very delicious. In addition to the usual buffet, there were special dishes for New Year's Day, but there were many fresh sashimi, kazukono, shrimp, etc. There was red rice in rice. All were delicious and ate a lot. I went by car, but I went directly from the underground parking lot to the front floor and the parking fee was very good. Moreover, I think it is the best value for money in a hotel in Kumamoto City with a 24-hour parking setting. My wife started saving money because she wanted to go to the end of this year.
Stayed on May 6. I was lost with the location pattern, the new town, but I chose this because it was a little off the downtown area, close to the airport bus stop. As a request, I asked for a room with a good view outside the window to leave Asian group guests by phone. As a result, there was no group guest who was worried, and it was good to be assigned a room (1202) without the southeast side disorder. But many people point out that there are 1 elevators and the breakfast venue is very small I think it's miserable on a crowded day. Breakfast is small, although it is a service, and bread is only bread. The room is not very different from other Toyoko Inn. I think the location is good for transportation, food and drink and sightseeing.
The whole room is Japanese-style, clean and quiet, suitable for those who want to experience a Japanese-style homestay. The hotel is very convenient to both the jr station and the tram station, and there is no problem in traveling. In addition, the boss and the proprietress are very enthusiastic. We bought lotus root and would not eat it and wanted to ask the boss. The boss directly helped us cook. The breakfast here is also top-notch, and it was made by the boss himself. Recommend everyone to book a room with breakfast. All in all a very pleasant experience.
It's been about 10 years since I came here. Three years ago, the guest rooms in the main building were completely renovated and turned into detached guest rooms with an exterior entrance, which together with the six existing detached buildings, evolved into a detached inn. The magnificent entrance that had been in use for a long time now serves as an entrance exclusively for outpatient bathers, and a reception desk exclusively for hotel guests is now located in the connecting passageway that separates from the main building. That's fine, but the location of the front desk is difficult to find, there's no staff on site, and you can enter the guest rooms without passing through the front desk, so I felt there were some security issues. I used the detached area again this time. After all, the bathroom here is unique and interesting. What's more, it's a smooth hot spring with a sulfur smell and plenty of hot water. You can come in as long as you want. When I first came to the public bath, there was an open-air bath, but unfortunately it is now completely covered with a roof. Meals are served at the semi-private dining room in the main building. Previously, the main weakness of this inn was its food, but when I came back for the first time in a while, I was very surprised at how much it had evolved. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations for the meal, but this time the quality of the food had improved considerably and it was incomparably more delicious than before. The dishes using spiny lobster and Ajisai beef from Kumamoto Prefecture were very good. However, there seems to be still room for improvement in hotpot and chawanmushi. Since it's a hot spring in Kumamoto, I'd like to try horse sashimi if possible. Although I feel that we have made considerable progress with this major transformation, there is still room for improvement in terms of front desk response. However, 21,000 yen per person on the day before a holiday for a luxury course meal of spiny lobster and Ajisai beef in a detached room for two people is really affordable. I would like you to aim for further improvement.

Outstanding
TTammy MakThe hotel is located right at one of the very busy shopping streets of Kumamoto with many shops and restaurants. We had had very pleasant stroll there and had dinner and snack.
The room is very spacious and clean. The two matt glass windows cannot be opened per se. One has light and the other very little.
The soap provided is of better quality than that of the other hotels I have stayed in. The dispenser says Kao.
GGuest UserWe chose this hotel due to its view and location to Kumamoto castle. This was a nice hotel and the view from our room was perfect. We paid a little more for the breakfast since there were no close places to eat. They had covid protocols still but the food was delicious and we decided to stay 2 nights. For the price and view it was well worth it. We took a short taxi ride from JR Kumamoto to get there. Very pleasant staff and we would return someday!
Nnonono5I stayed at the introduction of an acquaintance. It is very clean because it has just opened this summer. Security is also safe because the elevator does not move without the key to the room. Unfortunately, I couldn't see Kumamoto Jo castle from my room, but there was a table and chair on the rooftop, and I was able to enjoy Kumamoto Jo castle at night. The room is equipped with a lot of outlets and USB, and it is not troubled by charging mobile phones. The clothes in the building were unique. Laughs. It became a memory of the trip. The front desk was also kind.
GGuest UserThe lobby is on the 3 floor. Breakfast venue and welcome drink are on the 3 floor. Yukata is in the lobby and bring it yourself. Slippers and yukata are prohibited in the common area of the building. After taking a bath, I changed into indoor clothes, wanted to drink coffee slowly, and forgot to bring a yukata (because I have a lot of baggage when I enter the museum). I want to warm dinner in the microwave. Etc. I often want to go to the lobby. But I don't want to wear shoes. Because it's for going out. If it is a type of this hotel, I don't think there is a possibility that outsiders will enter the breakfast venue. I don't know why slippers are prohibited. I can't relax when I wear shoes. It's attractive to have free coffee, but I can't go for a drink. I'm dissatisfied. I want you to make slippers a little more sandal-like and allow them to wear. It seems to be a slipper that can be washed, but halfway. If possible, I would be happy if there was a large communal bath. Is it because it is Japanese?
MMaps39243430324When I made a reservation, I thought it would be inconvenient that the parking lot was away, but it was closer than I expected and I arrived at the hotel immediately in the rain. He kindly taught me how to get to the concert venue. There were many convenience stores, pharmacies, restaurants and take-out shops around the hotel, which was really convenient. Also, this time, I forgot something in the room, but when I contacted you, I was saved by responding immediately. I would like to use it when I go to Kumamoto again.
GGuest UserThe good thing is that the transportation is convenient. Buses to/from the station stop right in front, and a tram stop a short distance away. It's far from the downtown area, but it's not impossible to walk. It is even more convenient if you use the bus streetcar. There are few shops around, but there is a good Japanese restaurant within walking distance. The room is small and it is difficult to arrange luggage. Just scaffolding around the bed. The desk can be folded (so narrow) that the bag can be opened in a small hallway space leading to the entrance. The public bath is normal for this type of business hotel, more comfortable than a unit bath, but not as good as a hot spring inn. The parking lot is a three-dimensional building. It is OK without getting wet even in the rain. There is no manager at night, so you can't get in and out of your car or take your luggage in and out. If you are having trouble with that, you will be introduced to a nearby parking lot.
HHala leunghala48Shopping, eating and riding are very convenient. There are railways and buses a few minutes outside the door. When you leave, there is a bus outside the door to reach the airport. The sound insulation is very poor, and you will hear the footsteps upstairs when you live downstairs. The toilet smells and the toilet is seeping.
GGuest UserThe room is very small, very small. It’s the emperor’s birthday and even booked for more than 4,000 yuan. It’s really not cost-effective. The parking lot requires an additional fee and is not free. It’s very close to the shopping area and the Tsuruya Department Store. Advantages, breakfast is simple and not many styles.
LLiuIt can sleep three people in bunk beds and is suitable for backpackers or small families. It has all the necessary equipment. The service at the front desk is good and the necessary supplies can be borrowed. The parking lot is large and suitable for self-driving travelers.
KkzkazI parked in the neighborhood with no parking lot and went to check in. I didn't ask for details because I was asked to use the parking lot, but I think the parking lot can be used at another price even in the plan without parking. i was.

Kumamoto Castle
TTravel MundoInteresting castle; most of it well preserved as many items remains intact after many wars. One of the most impressive castles I have visited in Japan! best thing to do while in Osaka!
Kumamon Square
Jjkidd28The mascot of Kumamoto City's last word, where it goes, where it is crowded, want to see it! That is Kumamoto bear, people send big names, bear minister! The office is always empty, it goes to patrol!
Suizenji Jojuen Garden
开开心就好灬Suizenji Jojuen Garden is also a place you can visit in Kumamoto. It takes 10 to 20 minutes by car from the city. The whole garden is quite designed. There is a very beautiful lake in the middle with many fat fish. If you like history, you can spend more time there. Normally, one and a half hours is enough to finish the tour. If the weather is good, it is still quite photogenic.
Shimotori Shopping Arcade
TTodemmyThe hotel we stayed in was very close to the pedestrian street. The pedestrian street is covered, so it's perfect for shopping in the winter. There are a wide variety of shops in the pedestrian street, as well as many gourmet restaurants. You can spend a whole day shopping here.
Sakuranobaba Josaien
开开心就好灬Next to Kumamoto Castle is Sakura-no-Baba. It's not a big place, it's actually a small market with food and shopping. There are quite a lot of people. You can find a place to sit down and eat something. If you don't eat, you can basically finish the shopping in 20 minutes. It's not a must-visit place, but because it's right next to Kumamoto Castle, it's nice to stop by and take a look.
Kumamoto City Hall, Large Hall Floor
FFriend FlyTook the Shinkansen to Kumamoto and stopped by the castle. Unfortunately, we didn't have much time so we didn't go inside.
Kumamoto Prefectural Museum of Art
跟跟着暴暴去旅行This is a very cute art gallery. Many artists will stay in their own exhibitions. I met a cute old man who talked to me about his works. Many works of niche Japanese artists are really great! And the exhibitions here are basically free. You can come and have a look when you go to Kumamoto Castle. It's very close.
Kumamotojoinari Shrine
Eelsashen0529Kumamoto City Inari Shrine, Kumamoto City is no longer open. This is the only shrine that is still open around Kumamoto City. This Inari Shrine is not big and small. There is a small house selling Yushou and other similar information centers at the door. The shrine is really mini, and the bird house will see one. But it's small and full, and it's only ten minutes away.
