The best hotel in Kyushu so far. Great hotel staff and spotless clean

The location is good. There is a convenient store on the ground floor. The facilities are great too with a public bathroom locating on the top floor.

Hotel near Kumamoto Castle. Good size room. Unfortunately I didn’t use spa room as no time.

A lovely hotel to stay in close to Kumamoto Castle. The rooms are nice and clean with friendly staff who are very helpful. Bath areas on the 12th floor are also quite nice and have a range of offerings inside. Breakfast was included with the price we paid, however, all the food was a little tasteless, if paying for breakfast, it is easy to go downstairs and get something but I’d probably go somewhere else if paying.

Stayed here as the airport shuttle bus terminal is near this hotel.

The location is near to the department store, tons of restaurants around.

Overall is good

The transportation of Wing Hotel is located on the main street, but it seems a little inconvenient from Kumamoto Station. However, the breakfast is good, and the front desk is on the 3rd floor of the building, so it was a little unfamiliar, but Seven Market is right next to the 1st floor of the hotel, so it is convenient, and the room is clean, very quiet, and comfortable. There is a bathroom on the 12th floor of the hotel, so it was nice to be able to wash up and sleep cleanly.

The hotel is basically in a prime location. It is about three to four stations away from Hongmei in the city center and can be successfully reached by taking the mains electricity. It is also 10 minutes close to Hongguan City and 10 minutes convenient for going out for fun.
