The morning Viking is a 10F restaurant, so you can see Kumamoto Jo castle that took the Asahi in front of you. The Viking was delicious as well. There was ”Kumamoto Ramen” and I made a morning rake on the last day. The size of the room and the hardness of the bed are satisfactory, but because the room light is small, I want another standlight and the bathroom faucet can be set to temperature I'm grateful. I made four stars. I am satisfied because I had a calm and comfortable time

I stayed at the introduction of an acquaintance. It is very clean because it has just opened this summer. Security is also safe because the elevator does not move without the key to the room. Unfortunately, I couldn't see Kumamoto Jo castle from my room, but there was a table and chair on the rooftop, and I was able to enjoy Kumamoto Jo castle at night. 2023年11月に２泊しました。熊本駅から市電で15分（￥180）、空港バスで特快で40分（交通事情で差異あり、￥1,000）でした。いずれも通町筋で下車。新規開業されたばかりで、建物もきれいでホテル下は飲食店街になります。ホテル界隈にも多数の飲食店が軒を連ねています。３Fにレセプションがあって、アメニティはそこで自由にとります（歯ブラシ、ひげそり、ブラシ等）。貸しパジャマ￥200と有料ですが、とてもリーズナブルなホテルと感じました。連泊の場合はタオルのみの交換です。朝食は時間がなく利用せず、１Fの焼き立てパンを利用しました。また横にテラスがあり、写真の通り熊本城が一望できます。部屋はタイプが８種類あるそうで、今回は靴を脱いでフローリングの１Kみたいな部屋でした。デスクワークにも向いており、Wifi環境にも問題ありません。もちろんバストイレはセパレートです。お湯の出具合、バスタブの排水も問題なしです。ベッドは畳の上に布団が敷かれており、寝心地も抜群です。面白いのは玄関入ってすぐに洗面所がある点です。隣に鶴屋（百貨店）があり、お土産各種、食材調達にも不便は感じませんでした。熊本へお出かけの際はお薦めできるホテルです。

Location is unbeatable and it’s great I can park the car in the hotel with very reasonable charge. As a gentle note, hotel car park only accept cash on the ground level. The onsen is really good and open till mid night, which is great. The room is comfortable and clean.

The location of this hotel is very convenient. Just take the airport bus to Sakuragicho Terminal. The upper floor of the base is a large department store, which sells clothing, food, housing, international brands, local specialties, etc. It only takes 6-8 minutes to walk through the Shinmachi Street shopping street. To the hotel, you pass by various shops and restaurants. The hotel is newly built and has a simple style. The lobby is fresh and comfortable. The staff are very polite and you can check in by yourself. The customer floor is bright and clean. The room area is about 20 square meters. It is equipped with 2 chairs and a small dining table for easy shopping and eating back in the room. The room is fully equipped with daily supplies. The best thing is that the room has independent air conditioning with cooling/heating provided! We stayed for 5 nights and both of us said we were really satisfied and liked it. Hope to stay again in the future!

This hotel have several convenience stores nearby. And a shopping mall near the car park. I rented a three bed room. At first, the humidity of the room is relatively high, and have an air-con water dropping issue. Being told that this issue is normally in Japan since it is a raining season, but the staff assist to offer another room. The second offer room air-con is in trouble, which is not cool even turned to 16 degree. At last, we were upgraded to the slightly larger room with three beds (the third bed is still a sofa bed). The room is so clean, two beds are in double bed, the tv could used for Netflix and YouTube. I would say the organise of the staff is in a satisfy level. The shower supplies are in Kose, the water pressure is relatively good among four hotels I’ve been stayed in Japan for this trip. But there are only 8 car parking in this hotels, with the first in first serve policy. So, we couldn’t managed to have a car parking although I’ve been told in the comment box by trip.com. However, they have some collaborated car parking suppliers nearby with a discount coupons. It’s not really convenient for you if you just stay for one night. But for me, it’s more than acceptable.

I few steps away from the station. The building looks renovated from an older one by the inside facilities are up to standards. I always love the breakfast where they include local dishes and materials.

This hotel is located within a short walking distance from the Kumamoto station. From the JR bstation exit it is on the left, just beside the Bic Camera store next. There is also a streetcar/tram stop so near the hotel which you can use to explore the city touristy spots! Shopping is convenient as the Kumamoto AMU Plaza (see another Review) is 5-mins walk away. The lobby is quite spacious and I quite like the intimate setting and lighting. Check-in was fast and 3 lifts serve well with travellers + luggages. The room design is quite standard and we have requested for x2 single bed, the room size is respectable. Noted that they're still using the physical hard key and not the keycard type. Hottel provided some amenities and complimentary bottled water in the room, sufficient for us . The Hotel is very into Going Green, there will be no housekeeping within first 3-days unless requested upon. This may likely be the model moving forward, to cut wastages. We had our breakfast at the nearby Pronto. The Kitaoka Shrine is just about 400 metres nearby, opposite direction of JR station so we recommend to drop by if time permits. A good stay experience. J

It is 2 ～ 3 minutes walk from JR Kumamoto Station, so transportation is good. More than a month ago, I called the hotel directly and booked a comfort single. However, the hotel homepage only stated that it was the East Building. When I went there, it was a 2F room that walked through the outer corridor without partitions. If it was raining, it would get completely wet. On the day, the wind was blowing and the cold was so bad. Was the East Building a former condominium or employee dormitory? The East Building should be stated on the hotel homepage, etc. that it is an outer corridor without a partition (rain and wind blows). In addition, the room is divided into two rooms from the middle of one room, which was an apartment or employee dormitory. You take off your shoes at the entrance and enter the room. The window of the room, the part where the TV is placed is not lighted, and it feels very dark. Isn't this part also necessary for lighting? The breakfast venue and the large communal bath are both located in 1F. The large communal bath is available at 15:00 ～. There is only a washroom at ６. In the morning, you can take a bath from 05:00AM. The breakfast venue is available at 06:30 ～ and a local dish from the Kyushu area is served every morning. (11/10 was Somen Champur in Okinawa) Also, the dessert was 11/10 was yogurt, but 11/11 was coffee jelly. I found out that various ideas were devised.
