Location is good near some tourist spot, but there is no hot water for shower. And room is poorly insulated against to cold weather.

Very easy to book online, the hotel accepts foreigners and the workers are very kind and helpful. If I come back to Kunming I will definitely stay here again.

We liked the location. Just 10-15 mins walk from metro station. The hotel might be a bit hard to spot if you are not ready. Best we did was to refer to the listing page to see how the frontage looked like. Also the street address is correct so just check the building numbering when you arrived. Everything is in Chinese. Checkin was smooth. There was free water refill. Wifi worked okay-ish but not very fast. Room that we booked wasn't like in the picture. It was cramped with squatting toilet, unlike what the listing shows. Perhaps need to increase the room categories to get the better ones as shown in official photos. Overall it was acceptable stay for one night before heading to Lijiang.

The place is about 10-15 minutes by car to Kunming City/Kunming old town . The place is also near to Chagee and 24mart so dont worry if you need anything.

Owner very friendly and nice, their upgrade our room without any charges, location near to metro and easy to get halal food.

Near to subway station, convenience store and halal restaurant !

One of the worst hotels in my life. No ventilation. Next to the laundry, where the machines spin all night. Right in the room there is a machine selling condoms and lubricant. Outside the window there is a wall at a distance of 1 meter.

Clean and hygienic, the location is very good, there are a lot of delicious food around, the service of the hotel is also very good, the price is very good, I will book this hotel next time!

The location is very good, close to two metro stations, a supermarket, food, and a zoo nearby. Overall perfect. I got a very clean room for a hostel, which was quite normal. The shower is working, the toilet too, but the water from the tap did not flow, it was a problem to wash your hands. The hosts are very hospitable, that's the best part! They go to a meeting. They even greeted me when I arrived in a taxi. Now on the downside, there is a washing machine on the ground floor and the entire first floor can hear it, it’s very noisy. You won't fall asleep without earplugs. If you are planning a short trip and do not plan to stay in a hotel, you can consider this option.

Nothing to say about the room, comfortable, with window and as booked. But the shared bathrooms are a real inconvenience. Not looked after at all, they had no possibility of washing you, and the "non-shower", which in addition to only having the hose for washing, in the three days I was there, was never cleaned! As proof, on the first day there were sachets and tubes of used toothpaste on the floor, and on the morning of my departure they were still there. The staff, the minimum of service.
