The inside pool is great - the water was comfortable warm, not like many other places too cold, while the rooms were a bit over heated and not adjustable. Otherwise still a good choice.

We chose the Crowne Plaza for its Western restaurant. Upon inquiry we asked about the restaurants and was sent to the 5th floor restaurant that only serves local cuisine. Again we asked the 5th floor restaurant where we can enjoy Western food. We were sent back down to the first floor where we found the western restaurant had closed down. It was upsetting to be sent from place to place and not properly informed about dining options. We had to enjoy a mediocre dinner in the nearby shopping center. The occasion was planned for the guest's bridal celebration dinner since she's leaving China and will get married abroad. I'm sorely disappointed in the uninformed restaurant manager and would hardly recommend staying at the Kunshan Crowne as the other Crowne Plaza's I've stayed at was a much better experience.

I didn't think about it when I checked out, and I saw that I had to write a review on the way home. I realized that I didn't take the gift! They said they would upgrade me to the executive room 2101 for free. The bathroom floor tiles were broken and I got stuck on them. Fortunately, I didn't bleed. There was also a layer of dust on the glass. The facilities are relatively old. I reported it but didn't get any feedback. Fortunately, I was the only one staying there and didn't bring any leaders or clients with me.

Overall it's not new, but the Crown is not bad either, no good or bad, it's worth the price! By the way, I saw some comments saying that parking is inconvenient, but it's actually a matter of luck. We arrived at dinner time on Saturday and there were still many parking spaces! The set meal includes a hairy crab dinner buffet, which is OK! Not bad!

I stayed there for one night at my own expense. I booked a twin room with a 1.35-meter bed. I was very satisfied with the gym, which was well-equipped. If you like fitness, you must go there to exercise when you stay in this hotel. There are not many hot dishes for breakfast, and the coffee is also average.

I stayed at Crowne Plaza Kunshan with my kids at the weekend. I mainly wanted to eat at the hotel buffet. The hotel buffet looked good after reading the introduction. It turned out to be really good, with high cost performance. The hairy crabs didn't look big but they were very plump. I ate 7 or 8 of them anyway, hahahaha. I tried lamb chops, salmon hot pot, etc. They all tasted very good. The waiter was also diligent in collecting the plates. I plan to go there to eat at the end of the month😍The hotel bedding was clean and comfortable to sleep in. The shower had a strong water pressure and was very comfortable after taking a shower. I called the front desk to ask for a pair of children's slippers, so an uncle named Zhu Zhengyuan came and brought the children's slippers, bathrobes, toiletries and water. I like the uncle's service👍
