The room is very clean and big with a kitchen, and the environment is really quiet. However, there was not room service everyday even I stayed there more than two nights and you need to spend around 10 mins to go to/ return from the train station every times. I recommend this room to the one who looked for a room with kitchen.

Although it is a bit far from Kawaramachi, it is quiet and the facilities are satisfactory. There was no cleaning service for consecutive nights. Towels, etc. can be exchanged(?) if you bring them to the front desk after use. Like a condo, there is a kitchen so you can cook simple meals, and the room is spacious so you can stay comfortably.

I usually have to travel out of town when I go to Kyoto. It is difficult to provide much assistance when the on-site manpower is available. The room is really good, but the service is not available from 8am to 14pm. It is not ok. I was told to arrive before 10pm when checking in. It is not easy to get a ride in Kyoto. It’s quite annoying to have to go shopping and have to check in when you can’t eat at almost 8pm!

The hotel is in a good location, in a relatively quiet neighborhood. One bad thing is that if you are staying together, the hotel will not provide extra toiletries when you run out, and you need to go to the store to buy them yourself. Hope it can be improved in the future
