RWL is always our preference when we travel to langkawi for Short Vacation. The location are perfect which not far from Airport and Pantai Cenang. The most we like is about the Sea View Room with balcony. We can spend our time for chatting and sunrise with in the morning. Is worth to stay with this property!

I have a pleasant stay at holiday villa during my trip to Langkawi, it was a birthday trip and I have requested for some decorations and to my surprised the room was decorated thanks villa for your time and efforts. I really enjoy staying there especially the staff all are friendly and helpful always greet you with a smile.

During our recent visit to Langkawi, we had the pleasure of staying at Bayview Hotel, opting for a deluxe king bed sea view room. Here's a detailed review of our experience: Service: Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the hotel staff, who efficiently checked us in and provided all necessary information. They informed us about the complimentary tea break from 5 - 7 pm and highlighted the various facilities available at the hotel. The service throughout our stay was attentive and courteous. Cleanliness: The hotel maintained a satisfactory level of cleanliness throughout our visit. Our room was well-kept, and the common areas were tidy and hygienic. Location: Bayview Hotel's location in Kuah is more towards the local side in Langkawi. It's close to several attractions including Splash Out Langkawi, Maha Tower, and the iconic Eagle Square. Additionally, the Kuah night market is nearby, although it's advisable to check the opening days and timings beforehand. Amenities: The hotel offers a range of amenities that enhanced our stay. The swimming pool area, complete with a jacuzzi, was a delightful spot to relax and unwind. As a gym goer myself, I was a little disappointed as the gym machines were limited, unable to do a wide range of exercises, but it provided the basic equipment needed for a workout session. Overall Impression: Our experience at Bayview Hotel was enjoyable and comfortable. The combination of excellent service, convenient location, and decent amenities made our stay memorable. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Langkawi.

A Truly Magical Experience – Beyond Expectations! I recently stayed at Berjaya Resort Langkawi, and I have to say it was one of the most magical and memorable experiences ever! I initially booked the *Rainforest Chalet*, but when I arrived at the hotel with my kids, something extraordinary happened. As I was getting ready to be transferred to the chalet, the assistant manager, Hafi (if I’m not mistaken), stopped the buggy and personally told me that they had decided to upgrade me to the **Premier Chalet on Water**. He mentioned that after seeing me check in with my children, they thought the Rainforest Chalet might not be as comfortable for us. I was completely speechless! The staff’s thoughtfulness and kindness made me feel so welcome and special, like I was being treated like family. What made this even more amazing was that I had only booked the room two hours before check-in via Trip.com, and requested a small anniversary celebration. I didn’t expect much given the short notice, but to my surprise, the staff went out of their way to decorate the room beautifully with towel and bed decor that made the occasion so much more special. I couldn’t believe how efficient and sweet they were in such a short time! What really stood out was the personal WhatsApp message I received from Ira (the guest service team) after check-in. She provided all the menus from the hotel restaurants and a list of activities around Langkawi, including night market schedule around the town! As someone who also works in the hotel industry, I think all hotels should adopt this approach. It keeps guests well-informed and makes them feel truly appreciated and connected throughout their stay. This small gesture made me feel like I had everything I needed at my fingertips! From the bottom of my heart, thank you Berjaya Resort Langkawi, I cannot recommend them enough. From the warm welcome to the magical moments they created, this was an experience that my family and I will cherish forever. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated with care, thoughtfulness, and personal attention, this is it!

Front desk service is excellent, efficient, full of smiles, I couldn't ask for more. However the sea view I got was one that came with two rows of sandbags and iron bridge on a stretch of beach that's without lounge chairs and definitely not suitable for swimming. The chalet's design is pretty old evident from the window lock and balcony door lock. Set dinner at Spice Market was out of this world! Must try! There are two restaurants available for hotel breakfast every morning and you can visit both every day. Housekeeping was really slow, I hope they can increase staff efficiency in this department since they even forgot to include a hair dryer for me in the room and I had to call to ask for one. I hereby include a picture of their hairdryer, I'm surprised a 4 digits per night hotel offers such a tiny hairdryer. I wasn't expecting Dyson but this is just wow. anyway, allow me to repeat, front desk staff was fabulous!

We had a pleasant stay. The room was bigger than expected. The bed was really comfortable and we slept like babies 😁 The only complain would be the broken mini fridge. The variety of breakfast was decent and taste pretty good.

My wife and I fully enjoy the Ritz Charlton Langkawi. This was our third stay in two years, and we will return again and again. The well-trained and super-friendly staff throughout the resort are a shining example of a 5-star resort. One of the best breakfast offerings anywhere in the world. One issue that might have been improved was upon arrival. We landed late evening and were escorted to our room - only to realize the air conditioning was non-existent. We were moved to another Deluxe room and apologized for the inconvenience.

I recently stayed at The Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa with my family, and it was an unforgettable experience. The property is stunningly beautiful, with lush greenery and breathtaking views of the Andaman Sea. It’s the perfect getaway for families looking for a serene and luxurious vacation spot. A special mention goes to Chef Mahesh Singh Rawat, the Indian Sous Chef, who went above and beyond to cater to our dietary requirements. His thoughtful gesture of making delicious tea for my family was truly appreciated and added a warm touch to our stay. The tea was delightful, and it’s these small acts of kindness that make a big difference. My family and I had an amazing time at the resort, enjoying the various amenities and the picturesque surroundings. We created some wonderful memories together that we will cherish forever. I highly recommend The Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa for families seeking a memorable and relaxing holiday.

The room was spacious, facing the garden and had its own jakuzzi. The service was excellent with big pool for kids and family. Good spread of local & continental breakfast. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and stay

Main attraction of this place is the pool over looking the sea. Live DJ on certain nights. The only hotel pool that closes at midnight. Nice beach, friendly staff. But a bit disappointed in the room size for that price. Rooms look a bit dated.
