Ocean view is nice you will get the full sunset and sunrise view but hotel itself is very old. We did not expect we do not even have slippers in our amenities, facilities are old don’t even have kettle to make coffee. Buffet breakfast is fine, not so many options. If you want a better experience just book a newer hotel within the area.

I have a pleasant stay at holiday villa during my trip to Langkawi, it was a birthday trip and I have requested for some decorations and to my surprised the room was decorated thanks villa for your time and efforts. I really enjoy staying there especially the staff all are friendly and helpful always greet you with a smile.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Langkawi, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Whether we were heading to the local restaurant, beach, or cultural sites, everything was just a short drive away, which was ideal for all of us.

A Truly Magical Experience – Beyond Expectations! I recently stayed at Berjaya Resort Langkawi, and I have to say it was one of the most magical and memorable experiences ever! I initially booked the *Rainforest Chalet*, but when I arrived at the hotel with my kids, something extraordinary happened. As I was getting ready to be transferred to the chalet, the assistant manager, Hafi (if I’m not mistaken), stopped the buggy and personally told me that they had decided to upgrade me to the **Premier Chalet on Water**. He mentioned that after seeing me check in with my children, they thought the Rainforest Chalet might not be as comfortable for us. I was completely speechless! The staff’s thoughtfulness and kindness made me feel so welcome and special, like I was being treated like family. What made this even more amazing was that I had only booked the room two hours before check-in via Trip.com, and requested a small anniversary celebration. I didn’t expect much given the short notice, but to my surprise, the staff went out of their way to decorate the room beautifully with towel and bed decor that made the occasion so much more special. I couldn’t believe how efficient and sweet they were in such a short time! What really stood out was the personal WhatsApp message I received from Ira (the guest service team) after check-in. She provided all the menus from the hotel restaurants and a list of activities around Langkawi, including night market schedule around the town! As someone who also works in the hotel industry, I think all hotels should adopt this approach. It keeps guests well-informed and makes them feel truly appreciated and connected throughout their stay. This small gesture made me feel like I had everything I needed at my fingertips! From the bottom of my heart, thank you Berjaya Resort Langkawi, I cannot recommend them enough. From the warm welcome to the magical moments they created, this was an experience that my family and I will cherish forever. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated with care, thoughtfulness, and personal attention, this is it!

All I need to say is… I will 100% be back! Loved this hotel. Very relaxing and I also felt very safe as a solo traveler. Staff was friendly, bed comfortable, breakfast great. Town is a few steps away; u can actually walk everywhere if u wanted to. I wish I had ventured more in the town though to try more authentic Malaysian cuisines which were also waaay cheaper. Will do that on the next trip. Some of the comments mentioned it being old etc but I think it captured the beach vibe well; a natural kinda woody feel. Yes, some things can definitely be upgraded, but I wasn’t bothered, and I’m picky.

My wife and I fully enjoy the Ritz Charlton Langkawi. This was our third stay in two years, and we will return again and again. The well-trained and super-friendly staff throughout the resort are a shining example of a 5-star resort. One of the best breakfast offerings anywhere in the world. One issue that might have been improved was upon arrival. We landed late evening and were escorted to our room - only to realize the air conditioning was non-existent. We were moved to another Deluxe room and apologized for the inconvenience.

my husband and i really loves the hotels. the staff are very friendly from the moment we arrived. we get early checkin and upgrade room 😍. the environment very peaceful, the room is very clean. the foods for iftar ramadan really great and delicious. apam balik freshly made. the coconut ice cream is delicious. main dishes also very delicious. the live band also very nice. i can say that, we fall in love with the hotel. Definitely will repeat again!

The room was spacious, facing the garden and had its own jakuzzi. The service was excellent with big pool for kids and family. Good spread of local & continental breakfast. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and stay

Main attraction of this place is the pool over looking the sea. Live DJ on certain nights. The only hotel pool that closes at midnight. Nice beach, friendly staff. But a bit disappointed in the room size for that price. Rooms look a bit dated.
