My first room didn’t have hot water, but they quickly moved me to a new room and got me a situated. Overall, I had a great day.

Freeway nearby, extremely noisy at night, door to room smaller than metal casing, allowing hallway light into room at night. For our given room, noisy water continuously ran in former ice room next to ours. Asked night clerk to come check out my complaint, but he couldn’t leave the desk. Said he would make a note to the manager.
