Five Elements Hostel Leipzig

Gute Wahl Das Hostel ist super zentral gelegen, auch vom Bahnhof her zu Fuß binnen 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Der Service ist super nett und freundlich, jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist super groß und geräumig, auch mit eigenem Bad. Für die teils lauteren Schlafgeräusche anderer Reisenden kann das Hostel auch nichts. Ich finde für nen Trip nach Leipzig eine gute Wahl getroffen zu haben

Sehr weitläufig. Lange, verwinkelte Korridore. Früstücksbuffet mit kleiner Auswahl.

Zentral gelegen große schöne Zimmer. Kleiner Nachteil nur ein Matratze wenn man zu zweit übernachtet. Parkplatz und Parkhaus gleich um die Ecke.

The hotel is not open 24 hours a day. Reception is only open until 11:30 p.m., which was not stated when booking. The amateurism of the employee who I called at 1 a.m. to get my room was beyond compare. An unfriendly person who did not want to find my booking. Over an hour of unbearable discussions. She hardly spoke any German and said that I should learn English. The national language in Germany is GERMAN and I speak the national language in my country!!! In the end, I was not supposed to get the room I had paid for. Then they wanted to charge me twice for the room. I had already gone to another hotel because of the long wait when the lady from the hotel called me to say that she had found my booking after over an hour. She wanted to give me the room if I paid twice. I called the police because I do not accept such criminal acts. The employee said that I did not have to pay twice after all so that the police would not come to the hotel. The door to the hotel was opened for me and a new employee asked me to pay again, even though the room had already been paid for. She complained and I threatened to call the police again and file a complaint. After a long discussion I finally got my room. It was hell because the hotel was very loud because of other guests. The stay was from 11/4/23 to 11/5/23.
