Hanting Hotels in Linzhou

The hotel facilities and cleanliness were acceptable, but the service was truly terrible. We arrived quite late, and the front desk said only rooms on the 2nd floor were available, which would be noisy. They told us to stay if we could accept it, otherwise we could cancel. They claimed they had informed us in advance, but the hotel's soundproofing was inadequate, and instead of trying to improve it, they just made us bear the consequences. I've never seen such a hostile attitude. Even after we were given a higher floor, I still couldn't accept the front desk's attitude. If they had just used a different wording or a nicer tone, it would have been fine. Breakfast was the same; it wasn't even past mealtime, and there wasn't much left. With holiday crowds, couldn't they have prepared more food? If we could eat, we could; if not, we'd have to go hungry. I've stayed in many hotels, but this one has so many terrible aspects.

It was a bit unexpected. I thought that the hotel in the town would not be in good condition, but I came to see that the whole building is Hanting. After I entered, the sanitary environment was particularly good. Basically, it was no different from Hanting in the first-tier city. The service was also very warm. And it is much cheaper than the price of first-tier cities, and the price is super high!

Good location, convenient parking, new and complete facilities, washing machine, service attitude. The second stay, the room was large, tidy and the bathroom was clean. The mattress is comfortable.
