I refused all offers, citing a milk allergy, not drinking coffee in the evening, and leaving at 6 am the next day. Finally, after checking into room 518, I thought I could finally have some peace and quiet and rest. But then, your staff kept knocking on my door every now and then. I thought it was my family coming over, but it turned out to be your staff bringing up three cups of coffee... It was very impolite. Honestly, I felt offended and disturbed. I had already refused, and I wouldn't accept any form of compensation from you, because your hotel failed to perform its duties and standard procedures properly. After a while, they brought another fruit platter. I pretended to be dead, but you knocked on my parents' door and delivered it to their room instead. I felt severely offended. Your behavior is absolutely intolerable. It's extremely offensive and disrespectful of guest privacy. You presumptuously attempted ineffective remedial actions, ignoring numerous opportunities to rectify the situation, yet repeatedly disturbing me when I was already very angry and wanted some peace and quiet in my room. I've stayed at the hotel for two months, and I'm not intolerant of everything, but I can't stand having to pay for all your mistakes. In just two days, I had to run up and down three floors ten times because of you. If I were traveling alone, I would immediately change hotels."

When we got to the room, we found it was extremely dated. Even with all the lights on, it was still dim! When I washed my hands in the bathroom, I found the drain lever behind the faucet stuck to the wall and wouldn't work! I immediately ran to the front desk to ask if they were lying. I was actually checking into a standard room, not a deluxe room, yet the standard room price on Ctrip was only 227 yuan! They surprisingly replied that they hadn't lied to me, saying they were just unfamiliar with the service and made a mistake. Haha, this isn't the first time they've ripped me off! This is clearly fraud! Just because we're ***, does that mean you can't be honest? Can you just rip off tourists? Who would dare to travel to your country in the future? Do you want to learn from them?"
