Lliuxin9353Staying at the Vienna Hotel when visiting the Taihang Grand Canyon was absolutely wonderful! The view of the Taihang Mountains from the window was stunning. The hotel is conveniently located near the scenic area, making it easy to drive there. The rooms were also great, with excellent underfloor heating, ensuring we wouldn't be freezing even in the dead of winter. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and the robot delivery service was very intelligent. Choosing to stay here when visiting the Taihang Grand Canyon is definitely the right decision!

Hygienic: very good, but some rooms are not very clean. The hotel can check it out and have the opportunity to repaint.
Environment: Can experience the beauty of Chinese courtyards and scenery, experience the Chinese life of returning to the garden
Service: All the room service staff are worthy of praise, especially the aunt who cleans the room

It is especially convenient to enjoy the mountain view in the hotel and it is recommended! In addition, the hotel also arranged a rich and interesting customization activities. The staff took us to the nearby observation deck and the mountain tour was wonderful.

The laundry and ironing service actually requires washing in a self-service washing machine, drying in a dryer, and then ironing by yourself, which is inconsistent with the online description. The gym actually has three recommended fitness equipment in the laundry room. The service attitude of the waiters is not bad, but it is not professional enough and is far behind star hotels. Hanfu is only for adults and not for children, which is inconsistent with the propaganda. The overall hotel price is very cost-effective

GGuest UserFirst of all, parking is very convenient. I stayed in a room on the north side of the hotel. I could see Taihang Mountain and the river and park downstairs. It was really beautiful. The room is very spacious, the floor-to-ceiling windows have a good view, the hardware is good, I like this new Chinese style. I am a person who is picky about beds, the bedding here is OK, I slept very well. The breakfast is also rich and tastes good. I will stay here again next time I come to Linzhou. There is a parking space in front of the door, and the boss is enthusiastic in service and helps to move the luggage upstairs.
