"Good: The room had tea set, a daybed, disinfectant towels, and disposable toilet seat covers, which raised the overall quality. There were four complimentary bottles of water on the table, which was generous. The smart features included a smart speaker to turn off the lights and air conditioning while lying in bed, which was acceptable. Bad: I arrived at 11 PM and was told they could only give me a room without a window. I didn't mention it when I booked. Customer service said it was too late and they couldn't help it. Upon entering, I found it not only without a window but also quite small."

"I ate here to explore the Peach Blossom Valley, one of the valleys of Mount Taihang, and the Tian Dao and Wang Shangan. It's a 30-minute walk from the Peach Blossom Valley ticket office. Public transportation, Didi, and taxis aren't readily available, so walking to the ticket office is a must. This newly opened guesthouse has excellent facilities. I also had dinner there, and the chef was incredibly skilled. The meal was delicious. Breakfast, while simple, was filling. The prices are competitive with nearby hotels and guesthouses, so I'd choose this place again next time."

"We booked this guesthouse on Trip.com in advance for our self-driving trip to the Taihang Grand Canyon during the Spring Festival. The overall experience was warm and hassle-free. The owner provides butler-style service, proactively calling to confirm our needs before our arrival and even coming to the parking lot to help with our luggage after we got there. The service was thoughtful and attentive. The guesthouse is located on the north side of Linzhou Taihang Grand Canyon, only 5 kilometers from the scenic area, making it very convenient for self-driving. There's a public parking lot about 1 kilometer south that supports EV charging, which is very friendly for self-driving tourists. I stayed in a lake-view king room, which came with a huge scenic balcony offering an expansive view directly facing the beautiful Taihang mountain scenery. The views in the morning and evening were particularly therapeutic. The only minor drawback was that the indoor space was a bit compact, and the bathroom layout was similar to an RV design – fully functional but a bit cramped. The dining experience was a big plus. Breakfast could be delivered directly to the room, with a rich variety of fresh ingredients that tasted simple yet delicious. The guesthouse also offers lunch and dinner, with authentic local flavors and good value for money. What delighted my child the most was a gentle and friendly dog living at the guesthouse, which added a lot of fun to our trip. Overall, it's a cozy guesthouse very suitable for family road trips and getting closer to nature."
