The House on the Pink Street in Lisbon

このアパートメントホテルは、リスボン中心部のカイス・ド・ソドレ駅から徒歩数分の立地の良い所にあり、市内観光も楽に移動出来る。ピンクストリートの繁華街にあり昼夜を問わず賑わっているが、ホテルの入口は通りの反対で安全である。宿泊が週末に掛かり外は夜も遅く迄騒がしかったが、窓の内側から防音窓を閉めれば気にはならない。 部屋も広く設備も新しく快適である。使い慣れない洗濯機の使用説明書が有ればなお良かった。洗剤も用意されていて、足りなくなってお願いしたら追加してくれて助かった。近くにスーパーマーケットや市場もありほとんどの食材は揃うので便利です。 受付の女性、Joana Galhardo さんには大変お世話になりました。彼女は親切で親身に相談に乗ってくれました。フルーツのりんごや手作りケーキの差し入れには感激しまし美味しくいただきました。 リスボンに宿泊する予定の皆様には是非お薦めします。ポルトガル語が話せなくても翻訳機で何とかなります。ありがとうございました、Joanaさん。ポルトガルリスボンの楽しい思出が出来ました。

It is about 500 meters away from Liberty Avenue and about 1 kilometer away from other major urban attractions. There are countless restaurants and coffee shops around. There is a medium-sized supermarket about 200 meters away from the apartment, where you can buy food and daily necessities. Serve: The most impressive thing is undoubtedly the service! Since Chinese mobile phones cannot install WhatsApp, based on my previous experience in Spain, I wrote an email to the hotel in advance to confirm my check-in. Joana, the hotel staff member, quickly responded to my email and proactively asked for my mobile phone number to keep in touch with me via text message. When we arrived at the hotel, we felt Joan's enthusiasm and professionalism. She personally helped us drag our luggage into the room and spent at least 15 minutes introducing us to the various facilities in the apartment one by one. The hotel has prepared a variety of drinks and water in the refrigerator in advance, all for free. There are also bottles of mineral water, fruits, candies, and nuts at the hotel's front desk and at the elevator entrances on each floor for guests to enjoy. Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures. In addition, Joana prepared different surprises for us every day when we came back from the tour. We tasted egg tarts, small cakes, fruits, and notes written by Joana herself. On the last morning, we were also given a hearty breakfast. When we left, Joana hugged me tightly and I felt her true enthusiasm and sincerity!

The location is excellent, within walking distance to many attractions. The room is spacious and clean, and the owner has taken into consideration all the facilities you can think of. For example, there is a washing machine and of course laundry balls are provided, which is very considerate. The most recommended thing is the service staff, they are kind and considerate, making our stay very comfortable and happy. This is definitely the first choice place to stay when visiting Lisbon.
