The breakfast is okay, the location is great, just outside the station, free Wi-Fi. Even sending messages takes a long time, almost to the point of being unusable. Its high-speed WiFi is five pounds for 24 hours.

The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and available. The hotel is well positioned for tourism and shopping, easy to find. Walking distance to any where i wanted to go. Handy for shopping. It looks smart and modern. Breakfast is always decent.

Brilliant location right next to Lime St station. The rooms were up to the usual premier inn standard and the bed extremely comfortable. Check in was smooth and staff friendly, ideal central choice for the station and surrounding theatres.

We arrived by train and wanted to stay close to Liverpool Lime Street Station. We like Premier Inns so chose this one after checking the reviews. It was as good as any one we've stayed in. Met all our requirements. The staff were very friendly and obliging. The breakfasts were excellent. Very secure but easy to get in and out for for old people.

Mini break away to a wonderful city with great restaurants and plenty of shops and great hotels especially the premier inn Liverpool lime Street excellent customer service and delicious food and great staff from checking in to service wonderful place to stay very central to everything

Me and my friend stayed in preimer inn plus room and it was amazing the bed was so comfy and room was very nice and clean the staff were so polite and ask us if had Any Allergies which my friend did have and food was amazing too in the restaurant and breakfast too it was right near the train station for us too so definitely we will go back again soon

Fabulous! Bedroom was lovely bed so comfortable plenty of TCMF Bathroom great with a super bath and shower 😀 Breakfast superb waitress so charming and helpful Breakfast hot and tasty and poached eggs perfectly cooked We will definitely be back - thank you to all the staff well done 👍 and thank you Premier Inn for making our stay in Liverpool so special 🙏

Friendly staff around the clock. It was a perfect location as we arrived by train. Usual premier inn comfort and style. I liked the rainfall shower. Lovely elf service breakfast with plenty of choice. Nice free sweets and provisions in the lobby each day. Bar was well stocked.
