The hotel service is still very good, and clean and tidy, but the room is not only completely without views, but also very noisy, closed the window can not stop the noise of the machine next door, making it difficult to sleep.

Whistle Stop in Liverpool
It was a quick visit through Liverpool and it offered everything we needed, but the shower had black mold in the seams and it would be nice to have a top sheet instead of only a comforter to use as a cover. I doubt those big, thick comforters get washed and dried after every guest, that is not sustainable.

Lovely friendly little hotel right in the heart of town. I think the only downside was the noise from other rooms and the corridor was a little intrusive. Nothing out of order just possibly an older building not being soundproofed. That said I'd happily stay here again.

Ideally located, decent price great customer service. Karaoke bar next door so if you like karaoke you’re all good. En-suite could do with a bit of an upgrade but adequate for what you need.

Over priced at £188 per night room only !! Small very tired room. Three beds with hardly any room to move. Beds uncomfortable and pillows hard. Tiny bathroom whereby you had to step in shower in order to close door. Small TV. No desk space. Windows filthy. Outside noise terrible whereby you hear people talking outside. Hardly slept.
