We travelled today to Luton and needed a quick stop for food. Tyler (the waiter in the main bar / restarunt) served us and was very friendly and he recommend nice food from the menu. Fortunately he was right and the food we had was delicious! He also gave good tips about the area and helped us navigate our way around. I would recommend premier inn in luton, and I would also suggest to avoid most of the other areas.. as they don't seem so friendly. Great customer service all round , thanks Tyler !

I stayed at this hotel the night before my early morning flight. Parking is free, but if you need to get to your car before 6:00 a.m., you'll have to use the free car park a 5-minute walk away, not the one right next door. The hotel was clean, and the beds were comfy.

I stayed here on Sunday evening with five friends. We were checked in by Charles, who is an absolute asset to this hotel. Friendly, professional and exceptionally good-natured, he then became our bartender and waiter for the evening along with a lovely young lady who was equally delightful ( unfortunately I can't remember her name) Our room was perfectly adequate and very clean on the whole apart from some dead bugs on the bedside lamp (room 208) The only negative was no socket on one side of the bed. Breakfast was excellent. Freshly cooked to order and plentiful. Once again the lady taking care of us was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. If I had cause to stay in Luton again I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again due to the lovely staff.

We had a lovely stay, but the best experience was at breakfast because the waiter Tyler attended to our every need and went above and beyond to make sure that we was ok and was very polite and even asked how we were and actually wanted to know, service with a smile Also he was working hard Definitely will be coming again

Comfortable bed , good size room. Free parking big plus. The wonderful check in with Manda. Super cheerful and friendly, warm and welcoming, with a fantastic sense of humour. What an amazing customer experience she provides for guests. Congratulations on recruiting such a first class member of staff. Thank you so much for an easy pleasant stay.

As you would expect from a Premier Inn all is clean , tidy and working. Staff are all super friendly and very helpful Ate in the restaurant- nachos as a starter somewhat disappointing but had pizza for my main and it more than made up for it - delicious . Super easy (and included) parking at the NCP literally next door on Regent Street Would highly recommend.

Room and general hotel was excellent and vg VFM. The evening meal was terrible, almost uneatable, missing items, i think the burger had been microwaved!! Not enough staff, only 2 front of house to do reception, bar and serve food/clear tables. However, those two staff were excellent and tried their very best!

had a really nice stay at Premier Inn room was spacious, had a sofa bed and a double which was more than needed but lovely to have all that extra space. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend Premier Inn anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
