My stay at I'm Hotel was great, checkin was fast and easy, fully transparent. The hotel accommodated all my requests, and a great room was provided fully equipped and pristine. I like their water dispenser where one can fill their water bottles up for free. The staff are absolutely delightful, helpful and cheerful which adds to the air of positiveness and professionalism. The location is superb. Best of all was the breakfast and spa. The rooftop bar had great views, vibes and food. Room city view was spectacular. Thank you and looking forward to staying there soon. This is our 3rd time staying at St. Giles Makati. The location is very convenient, with many restaurants and stores nearby, and the staff are very accommodating. We requested a corner room after making the reservation, and they were able to arrange it for us even though the booking was made on the same day. However, the room provided had a wet spot on the carpet near the door, and we are not sure where it came from. The breakfast was okay and simple, not particularly special, but we hope they upgrade the variety of dishes given that the breakfast fee is quite expensive compared to other hotels. Overall, we love staying here; everything is good and relaxing! 🥳

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. 1st the location is very nice its in the vicinity of BGC near sm aura and market market 5mins walk . 2nd the Room is very clean no insect no bed bugs its a thumbs up 3rd the room rate ia very cheap.👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 4th all the staff are very accomodating  The request has been granted for the higher floor city view . 5th i expected a little bit much for the breakfast How i wish next time  would have something better like longanisa or connbeef or even bacon.   What i ate for 7am was cold food. The scrbled egg was cold the rice is cold also the .  Good thing that time they have egg section where i requested to cooked new so i could eat hot breakfast.  I highly suggest this hotel to add oven toaster in their buffet breakfast area so. Everybody can  have toast bread without waiting too long .  Surely will booked ths again 😊🥰🥰 ohh lastly, the quality of the pillow and the bed is so nice i think its EMMA  brand  so comfy!!  Very very nice  Plus points for me.   They also have bathrobe 👌🏻🥰😊 so perfect! 3rd floor for buffet swimming and gym area which i also loved.

For those who have appointments in VFS Global. This is the perfect spot to avoid late and heavy traffic. Especially those who live in Visayas and Mindanao.

Fast wifi. Nice street view from room. The room I booked costs least so no balcony to sit, just a balcony for aircon compressor. I love the washing machine as I have a few T-shirts to wash. Detergent can be bought in savemore supermarket right under the condo. Room has the living room and kitchen but I didn’t cook. Nice area to stay. Need to register and have our photos taken with the Admin at Lobby before we went up our room which is on 19th floor. 2-3 days before arrival, we sent them photos of our passports and got an authorization letter to stay. When we arrived, they said we still needed to register. Waited quite long as their computer had a problem and they restarted and there were more than 10 guests that time. Pool on 8th floor and you need to pay 150 Peso per person to use. Very fast response each time I email the Host. Over we enjoyed our stay.

Good place, clean, the room are fairly big and comfortable. It's noisy in the morning if the room face the street so earplugs are recommended for light sleeper. The staff is helpful and professional.

Compared before the service was excellent, we requested for additional linen and hot water, they are fast, and after 10 minutes we received a call from the reception confirming if we already received what we requested. The room smells good, it is also clean, the tv signal is nice, and the aircon is cool. There's no need to pay for a security deposit. There's an intern who always greeted us.

Did a 7 days booking here on Trip. Modified it for 6 days instead - did the modification 3 days before the checkout. Hotel did not give me a refund. Reception not helpful at all.

I recently stayed at the Savoy Hotel Manila and had a fantastic experience. The staff was welcoming and efficient, the room was clean and comfortable with a great view, and the hotel offered excellent amenities like a delicious breakfast, a well-equipped fitness center, and a very clean pool. The location was very convenient as it is near NAIA. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, service, and overall quality.
